World Pet Travel Review

World Pet Travel helped in transporting our puppy from California to us in Florida. She arrived in California earlier then expected from Australia and had to spend the night before flying out the next day to us. They made sure she was well taken care of , always answered my questions when I was concerned about it and even sent pictures and a video so we knew she was all good. They handled all the customs clearances, our puppy was larger & had to fly into a different airport because of her size , they offed a service to have her picked up then transported to our door but we just picked her up at the airport ourselves . We couldn t be more happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone need to arrange pet transport. Thanks so much for safely and lovingly transporting our puppy.

World Pet Travel, is a great company. They helped me get my baby from Dallas to England safely, everyone is friendly, caring and so kind. I reached out to a few pet travel services back in September 2020 in anticipation for my move to Canterbury, England for my PhD program. World Pet Travel were the only company to respond to my email. Now, please do not think that means I settled - no this proved to their dedication to providing a travel service. They answered my questions and provided a quote, so I can could plan ahead.

When I had the funds (and my Visa) I requested a second quote and a seemingly simple move date. But nothing was simple in 2020 - between COVID complications and Brexit it was a day to day question of when my cats would fly out! Thankfully Laura (and her boss) worked diligently to find a carrier company for my cats, and a ground transport company as I was already in quarantine when they arrived in England (and car-less). They never gave up, and quite honestly I am not sure what would have happened if they weren't so good, and so determined to do their job well.

They kept my little family together when it seemed everything in the world wanted to tear us apart.

I am so pleased with the service received by World Pet Travel. We recently moved to Germany and used World Pet Travel for the first time. Wendy was our pet travel coordinator and she helped to ease my mind over the very stressful process of overseas travel of our two dogs. She was so patient with me and extremely knowledgeable as I asked questions constantly along the way, I was a stressed out dog mom. She provided clear guidance for all aspects of our travel from start to finish. This included all vaccination requirements, USDA/customs clearance, pick up from our residence, travel to and boarding in DFW, air travel, boarding (again) only this time in Germany as we arrived a couple days after our dogs and then delivery to the front door of our guesthouse. I truly do not know what I would have done without the help of Angela (Owner of World Pet Travel) and our coordinator Wendy. I would also like to mention my gratitude towards their pet loving driver, John. He displayed the utmost respect and knowledgeable interaction with our dogs. I felt sad when our dogs departed for their journey but at the same time I felt immense comfort as I knew they would be just fine. Our dogs were delivered with great care to us in Germany by the trusted German partners arranged by World Pet Travel. I am so thankful for World Pet Travel and will not hesitate to use them again for any pet travel needs.

World Pet Travel was very helpful in flying our two dogs to Europe. They were always available for any questions. The USDA requested additional information from our Veterinarian and Wendy(our specialist) took care of contacting the vet to insure the proper forms were Fed Ex on time then the dogs flight was canceled in Germany. This delayed them arriving to us and Wendy contacted us immediately with the new itinerary. They arrived the next morning happy. I highly recommend this company when relocating.

Fan.freaking.tastic company! I think 2020 has to be one of the most difficult years to do anything, much less move countries and transport our 100lb Golden Retriever, Watson. Angela and the World Pet team literally worked day, night, weekday, and weekend to combat the ever changing, delaying, and cancellation of flights through airlines. They were very communicative of changes as soon as they happened while offering options and always checked in to see how we were dealing with the anxiety. My wife and I constantly had questions, sometimes repetitive, and I know it was likely very annoying but the customer service focused attitude of Angela & World Pet never let on any annoyances and constantly fielded our questions without fail. They liaised with our vet and constantly kept the process moving which we are ever thankful for. Watson has landed and we are beyond relieved and thankful for the help we were given. I cannot enough recommend the team of World Pet.

World Pet Travel helped in transporting my dog from Texas to Costa Rica. World Pet Travel handled all the customs clearances for our canine Appa who also needed a larger kennel & had to fly into a different airport because of his size. They had a pick him up from my front door and all I needed to do was meet Appa in Costa Rica, which they were there to assist me with Costa Rica customs. Appa arrived in Costa Rica without any issues and hey sent pictures of Appa during the trip and kept me updated on him. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone need to arrange pet transport. Thanks so much for all your assistance and safely transporting Appa.

We just used world pet travel for the second time. Each time we have moved two of our dogs from the United States to United Kingdom. World pet was great to work with. They made sure we had everything done prior to the big day, checked up on us frequently, and ensured an overall smooth experience. They took care of all the hard parts, so all we needed to do is drop off our dogs before our flight and pick them up after our flight. I m so happy that I was able to bring my dogs with me to the UK, and they arrived happy and healthy each time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
