Production: This place is a terrible place to work......The Vice President is a bad choice to run the business. She is rude to the workers and staff and she don't like her authority questioned. So yes you should be a yes person and feel at risk if you open your mouth....so yes just agree with her even if you know she is way off base or you will be terminated like I was. Many health hazards such as high noise levels from metal parts being sorted. Fork lifts moving at high speeds that come close to hitting workers, The inside air quality is filled with exhaust and chemical fumes (from stripping engine brackets that workers are subjected to breath) so be careful with this place you may be let go without notice for no reason.

They're a nonprofit (I believe) for the special needs adults in our community. It gives them a sense of independence and having a job. Fantastic art is produced by this population.

I've been working here for 17 years and the service we provide to the community is unbelievable! I'm so proud to be apart of the team. The VP has a heart of gold. She's tough but fair and always go beyond the call of duty if you are worth it. Beautiful people, my second family.

Company likes to lie, they will lay you off & if you have worked long enough to collect unemployment good luck with that because then all of a sudden you will have supposedly voluntarily quit you re job.

I have been here almost 2 years as part of the Action Home Health Care team and am very happy with the work/life balance. While any job can have its up and downs, there is now doubt that there is support here from supervisors and peers alike, working as a team to accomplish what needs to get done.

I worked there in 2000. I liked it but Hayes it. It was cool making car parts but I got by how many pieces I got out. Everytime I asked to get paid by the hour I was told no which made me mad cause there were people who got hired after I did and they worked there for a couple of months then asked to get payed hour and got told yes. So I ended up quiting.

Very helpful for people who have special needs or are disabled and need work.
