on friday april 3rd 2020, i read an article about one of your teachers AMY BEDNARZ. she is an esl teacher is that the kind of person you want at villa nova teaching dis respect and hate towards the President or any other person she need to be dismissed and her teaching certifcate revilked and on social media .she is a desrace to the teaching profession if she dosent care for our presidentthat her bussiness but to teach children hate and dicriminaton is WRONG T thanks italiangirl1441

Very friendly staff. Not hard to access by bus. No bike rack. There must be w/c access but I didn't see it.

The receptionist (over the phone) is very rude and impolite. She continued to disrupt my questions/concerns. Was not very helpful. After about 40 seconds on the phone she placed me on hold to later transfer me to someone else; After about 4 transfers I had the pleasure of speaking with TRACY, whom was very professional and kind. She was very helpful and was able to answer all questions and/or concerns I had.
I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because of Tracy. If it weren't for the receptionist I would have given 5 stars.

I recently went to the Woonsocket high school to register my friend s daughter as I had to translate for her. I had previously called to know if they had an interpreter there, and some rude woman gave me attitude on the phone! I found that very inappropriate and I knew she was lying because I ve been told by several people that there is a very nice young lady in the office that speak Spanish very well.
I asked the lady about her and she rudely said she isn t an interpreter and she s not here today. When we got to the school later that day, I noticed the nice secretary people told me about was helping a Spanish speaking student with a personal issue she had. The secretary by the front door assumed we didn t speak any English and told us to go around to see her. That was rude, and very discriminatory!!! We walked over to the other secretary and she smiled right away, she was so friendly, polite and patient (We had a lot of questions). It was a relief for my friend to know there was someone there she d be able to talk to once her daughter started school. That secretary deserves 5 starts!! Good job Woonsocket dept for having people like her to help out with great attitude

So rude!!!! Every time I call i get an attitude from her! I just moved here and I m trying to register my child for school and I can t believe how I m being talked to like I m some scumbag to her! You work for the school department, people are going to have questions and need to know what is needed to register a child. If your so misurable you need to talk to people that way then quit your job.
