Woodpride Flooring was very disappointed that we were unable to satisfy your needs before we ever got started. My understanding is that the quote was given on 2/11/15, approximately 6 months prior and as I had expressed to you in the telephone conversation we had, the material prices had almost doubled since the proposal was given, which is out of my control. 45 days is the standard length of time in the industry.
Woodpride Flooring did not refuse to work with you on pricing. In our conversation, I had given you the lowest price out of all the jobs I had quoted for this same specialized type of work because of the material increase. Woodpride Flooring contacted your company 3 times, once a message was left and twice I spoke with someone. Woodpride Flooring did everything we could to work with you by giving you a price adjustment, which seemed reasonable.

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. They gave us a quote to do a project that would not start for several months. We called a couple months after they quoted us to schedule the installation, giving them more than two months until we needed them on site. They took my info and told me they would call me back, and I never heard from them. We called again and the woman working for them told me she would take my info and call me back again. She then sent my estimator a 22% increase in price, stating they only honored quotes for 45 days, even through this was not written on the quote or any correspondence. She was rude and refused to work with us on pricing. We will not be working with them in the future.
