Woodlake MRI is the place to go for anyone in need of images or scans done that were ordered by their doctor. From the moment I walked into the door, I was met by wonderful, polite, smiling and very professional staff members. The facility was immaculate and very eye catching on first impression of how nice and clean the place was. The girls at the front desk were so very helpful and answered any questions I had. When they called me back to do my CT that I was scheduled for, I was met yet again by very polite and professional staff who had me change into a gown making sure I removed any and all metal while in the dressing room. Once I got changed into a gown, I was met outside the door where the staff had waited for me in case I needed help with the lockers or anything else and then led me down to the CT room. Once in the room, the short haired blonde paramedic that was in the room was amazing and very friendly and full of smiles. The bald headed CT staff member was also very nice and professional too. (I did not catch either of their names) The two of them made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease with everything. They both worked well with one another and explained everything very well to me on what they were doing, what to expect, and how long the scan would take. It only took them one try to get an iv started which I was happy about. Once the scan was completed, they helped me up and off the table and continued to help assist me back to the changing rooms to get dressed. I could not have asked for a more better experience then woodlake! I recommend anyone to go to woodlake for any type of images they may need done. You will be more then impressed with the professional staff, the services they offer, but most importantly how nice and clean the entire facility is. If I could give more then 5 stars for an overall rating then I would give Woodlake the highest rating possible.

Great facility ! If you ever break a bone this is where you should go .

I couldn t have asked for a better experience at Woodlake MRI! From the very beginning the entire staff was responsive, kind, and professional. I went for 2 separate ultrasounds that were originally going to be close to $800 with insurance at Hermann and it was less than $300 at Woodlake. The tech made the test comfortable and quick for me. I received my results quickly, within 48 hours. I definitely will return for any additional needs!

Basic Xray service was ok... Xray technician was good. What got me riled up was when I asked for copy of the scan technician called this so called supervisory who told me that it was against HIPPA to share the scan detail in any other way but to buy a CD for a additional price.
I actually spend some time reading up on HIPPA after that to realize its was a cheap trick to make some more money.

I've had multiple imaging procedures done with Woodlake MRI, and each experience has been professional, friendly and comfortable. I don't think anyone really likes the idea of holding still inside of an imaging machine for 20+ minutes, but my tech helped me get so comfortable that I actually fell asleep during my scan. All of the staff has been welcoming, the insurance and billing processes have been smooth, and I've been very happy with my experience each time. Thank you, Woodlake MRI!

My wife have had two MRI's at this location and both time we have had a great experience. Jose is a wonderful tech and I would definitely recommend Woodlake MRI.

There is very limited parking for this facility , and my wife and I parked for 1 minute in a reserved space . We were intending to move after I went inside the facility to get a mask for my wife (she had forgotten hers at home 2 hours away). There was another empty reserved space next to the space we parked. My wife stayed in the car with it running and the apparent owner of the reserved space parked and rudely reprimanded my wife for being in the space . He could have nicely asked her to move the car and she would have politely obliged but he decided to take the rude route and make our first (and hopefully last) experience there miserable, and undesirable.
Furthermore, the equipment in this facility seems dated and not state of the art.
The employees doing the scan were friendly and professional and this is the reason this facility gets the one star.

Technically, Woodlake MRI doctors and technicians seemed very capable and took care of the imaging with no hiccups. Although I arrived early and completed all paperwork before my scheduled time, I still ended up waiting 40 minutes past that time before I was seen. Furthermore, their billing is opaque - I did not receive a detailed bill for services...just a single charge, presumably for co-pay and deductible.

I would highly recommend Woodlake MRI, Jose made my experience better then the last place I went to get a MRI.
