Don't go to emergency room or you going sleep for long-term

Excellent hospital, my experiences were always good, I had my little daughter in that hospital and they treated me like a queen. Thank you all for your good work

They are okay . Certain clinics are better than others . You just have to get there really early , even sometimes you wait long . Dental -ok GYN-Bad Pediatric-ok those are the only ones I've been too . They say the delivery room is great . Yeah the emergency room is annoying always be waiting long ..

Worst hospital....not friendly very rude! No compassion bad staff

I had a baby and i was treated like a prisoner and they forced my baby to take a pku test but all they needed was 5 drops of blood instead they took 3 baby vials and took pleasure in that and when i started crying as a new mom seeing them literally squeezing blood out of my new 24 hour old baby they called acs and forced me and the baby to be in the hospital and they had a constant nurse in my room and they bullied me constantly for no reason besides the color of my skin and my race

Low food stock for patients. I was send there for not sleeping at night for a long time. Some RN treat the patient so worst. I was given blood thinner several time in my belly. Then once I asked a male RN. He said they suppose to inject those in arms. A interesting thing lack of cell phone I couldn t take pictures. In the floor tile a lot of hair is covered with transparent tile material. Once I thought I lost my mind. Usually it s very hard to get out if you don t work with social workers and therapist.

Do not come here for covid testing. Was the 20th person to get here and waited 2 hours only to have people behind me get tested before. There is no order to testing. It has been 2 hours and only 10 people have been let in the building. A ridiculous waste of time.

One of the very worst hospital ever seen in my life.. They don t deserve even for 1 star.. Unprofessional staffs unprofessional management, Rude on telephone, I don t know why Government of New York don t take any legal action for such hospital.. I can t believe how they exist in Brooklyn, New York. Must be take action asap...

The staff here, especially Kwabena Danquah (Kobby) went out of their way to help me out. Kobby was very efficient and helped me through getting checked in.

. Honestly, if you need a loved one to be evaluated and they aren t mentally well, DO NOT bring them to woodhull. I went to urgent care before I was transferred to woodhull, and the doctor at the urgent care I had went to looked upset they were sending me there. He also apologized to my family member that I would have to be sent there. Horrible hospital!!!

The worst hospital ever, dirty facilities and rude staff

We arrived at Woodhull hospital at 1 a.m. on New year's Eve , my 26 year-old daughter was in a crisis and needed to be evaluated. We we're told that the evaluation would take 45 minutes. It was 5 a.m. and still we were waiting for a doctor to see her. That's four hours later, and at this time they stated they were just waiting for blood results?? Before they can do the evaluation. This is very poor an unacceptabletreatment of care.

I have been in Woodhull Hospital for the last three weeks. For the most part, my experience has been positive. I have received great service from all of the medical professionals. The environment is clean and the room is comfortable.

I have, however, two concerns. Firstly, I am in an isolation unit. My television went black on Saturday afternoon and today is Wednesday - it still has not been replaced. I've tried to address the matter via the already established means with no avail. No one would actually get back to me. This is very unprofessional.

In addition, the meals lack creativity and are not fully followed on the weekend.

These things aside, my care here was good.

Waited for over two hours before seeing anyone and they are very disorganized and rude.

I am still haunted by such an awful experience here two years ago. I arrived by ambulance to the emergency room in dire pain crying and was barely attended to. I was put on a waiting bed and not seen for hours. I ended up just leaving and walking out after hours. I've never experienced such terrible lack of care, let alone facilities. It was like a nightmare. I'm not one to write poor reviews usually but it was shocking. This is not how hospitals are meant to run.

As a member of this large community for many years, the convenience of having a good hospital and medical center right by ones home when one is most vulnerable and in need of care, is welcomed. I feel the progress at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center.

Their clinics wait time with registration included has been reduced. The new ExpressCare also one to get seen within 30 minutes to an hour by a professional doctor, nurse, and patient care staff. And they make sure you have the proper follow-ups and send my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy. Doctors follow-up with a quick call to let me know there is an urgent matter to be addressed, and post surgery as well to see how I am doing.They have a great call appointment center. And the friendly reminder calls with real people, so personable, it's a nice touch when you not feeling well. And it helps me stay on track and in the end healthier.

Overall it's a huge hospital and offering alot of services and programs. Constant changes going on inside to benefit the diverse community outside. Progress is good, I recommend Woodhull.

This place is HORRIBLE they don t care ab their customers and are very rude!!they left my daughter of 16 years for one day with no medication I had to transfer her to a different hospital

A lady went 2 days without medication here. She was going to be a MOTHER!!! Now her kid will have to go their entire life not having a biological mother be by their side when they could ve had one. Disgusting please do better. Also the reviews from last year and months ago aren t the best so that says something about the quality.

Staff likes to steal from patients. Can t be trusted

No one should die from alcohol detox in a facility you should be equip to detox safely.

as last night I took my Grandmother to ER after speaking with a RN in the phone I was advised to bring her in ASAP, I met James RN who is a nice and professional person, later on my Grandma was taken to a different room with a bunch a PCS (patient care Service), I wonder who hires all this unprofessional people they all hanging out chewing gum with NO FACIAL MASK ON, AND A NASTY ATTITUDE "all Females" the way the address me I can tell she has no manners, she does not know how to be professional My Granma insisted to go here because is near by but i will stay away form this Jungle and nasty people they think they better than everybody else....

For my family the attendance is excellent ....

In this hospitale it was better than the Wyckof that in wyckoff was horrible for two occasions and that is private, I'm just saying people can not only talk so they just don't go if they don't like it, how are they going to want a hospital of 5 steellas if it is In a place less helped by the government, now they do want something special, go where they like it a lot and still attend late, and people die, so look where they are happy and do not insult the work of so many doctors who in one way or another do what they do. they can within the resources they have to help their patients

Horrible luckily I got discharged in 20 minutes when I lived on montrose avenue
