Officer DELGADO helped me with my tire, it was very professional guys

Police responded quickly. Officers Delgado and Jones were super nice and helpful. Thank you once again for making the process go at ease.

Flavell is an embarrassment to the Constitution. Was he the high school bully? Did he not gather enough attention as a child? Was he abused? He seems to flaunt his ego and color of law over his oath.

UPDATE: after this incident i went to the police station and spoke with a sergeant. I was a far more relieved after speaking with him and happy with the way that he handled this situation. He was EXTREMELY resolution oriented and made sure that whatever he could do to make me feel safe was able to be done. He was great, and i am thankful that i decided to go to the station and express my concerns about keeping anonymous callers identities safe and how domestic violence calls are handled.

If i could give zero stars I would. I recently moved to Woodbridge from Manhattan and the Bronx before that and I have never felt as unsafe as I do here in Woodbridge. In my apartment complex I have been listening to my neighbor verbally abuse his partner and engage in what sounds a lot like physical abuse so I finally called the police after 3 months of listening to it- not only for the victim but because I personally do not feel safe and I am a young woman who lives alone, and this is what i try and fall asleep next to every night . I call and asked please please please let me remain anonymous because i do not feel safe with him knowing i made the call. After the police come and go that apartment, they come BARGING and BANGING on my door, may i mind you it is 11:50 PM. They continue, screaming "SO YOU CALLED AND FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WRONG INSIDE AND NOBODY HAS ANY BRUISES" so now i am having heart palpitations because this animal next door now knows that I am the one who called when i SPECIFICALLY asked not to be addressed and then i expressed my concern and this officer says "well whats normal for you might not be the same as what is normal to someone else" I am repulsed. I see one other review where this exact situation has happened before and i am disgusted and mortified that this is a standard procedure for ANONYMOUS domestic violence calls. This is not only harmful to the victims but those who are trying to report these things. This will deter a lot of people from reporting situations and events where they would like to remain anonymous. This is disgusting and awful. There needs to be a serious effort made to reconstruct the procedure in place for officers sent out to address these incidences and how to respect someones privacy when they ask to be anonymous.

I was nearly hit in traffic in Edison by one of these guys. He pulled over, acting like he wasn't outside his jurisdiction, and yelled at me. So I filled a complaint.

Upon getting into an accident, Officer M. Delgado was amazing at helping me get through the entire situation. With his caring and compassionate nature, he took interest in my current state and well being, took my statement, explained the process going forward, and was able to get me back on the road in no time. Thank you Officer Delgado!

This department obtains clerks that have no idea how the corrupted judicial system works; for example which ever question you have they forward you to there superiors voicemail who is overwhelmed due to her clerks negligence of their own work and knowledge of the law, which explains why majority of the officers/staff turn a blind eye to racial slurs, neglect towards citizens mental illness, also man handle women, and harass citizens which I am subjected to everything that I have mentioned unfortunately. This town is honestly disappointing.

Leadership is lacking. They need a remodel from the top down. What a pathetic bunch of meatballs. God Bless America and I wish the good citizens of New Jersey to be lucky enough not to ever have to pass through these clowns' jurisdictions.

They yelled at my mom for just trying to tell them what happened I don't trust cops and this pretty much sealed the deal.

Police officers doesn t know basic laws of this country.very rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional.i experience worst third class citizen from them specially officers who work in night are very cranky and unprofessional

I called because I heard my upstairs neighbors arguing for a couple hours and at one point his wife was screaming ow. I was worried and called to have someone come out and look into the issue because he has done worse to her in the past. I was told my information wouldn t be given out but the officers had me come out of the apartment so the neighbor could confront me. My neighbor told me I was lying and that I am out to get him arrested. I was concerned for her and that s why I called. But now I am genuinely concerned he will try to retaliate against me. The incident has definitely changed how much I will get involved to help another citizen I am worried about.

Officer Kevin was very helpful and kept me and my daughter safe until our help arrived. My car broke down in the parking lot of the DimSum Seafood Restaurant. The owner of that restaurant came out yelling and screaming to leave his property . Also the restaurant owner called the towing company while my insurance towing service was on the way. Officer Kevin arrived and solved the situation very peacefully and stayed until my car insurance service arrived and took my car.

Officer Delgado was very thorough and helpful. I am extremely pleased with how my situation was resolved, Thank you Woodbridge Police Department! . Keep up the great work!

Thank you Woodbridge Police Department for all your hard work and effort in maintaing and excelling at Woodbridge Township being a great safe place to live!! One suggestion, watch out for the people merging onto Rte. 9 south after Quality Way. Even though it s a solid line people are still dangerously trying to merge to the Green Street exit from the Rte. 9 south merge. Thank you also for being such an active participant in all community events, your presence doesn t go unnoticed :)

This police department apparently doesn't understand the laws regarding detaining a person.

The Woodbridge department of police Always shows the utmost respect for the people of Woodbridge just tonight I called for assistance and immediately got a response very pleased with their efforts and keeping my neighborhood safe

What an awful group of people. I am very much pro-police and I am sure there are some decent officers out of this station, but the individuals working yesterday afternoon, specifically the two female officers scheduled to work the station itself, are so incredibly rude and I just can't help but wonder how and why they even made it through to "protect and serve". When someone comes in fearing for their life, with proof in hand of threats and harassment, I can say with 100% certainty that the wrong thing to do is leave them alone for an hour while you giggle with your friends and then let them walk out. I won't put your names in this post, but for sure I will be screaming it at the top of my lungs should something happen to her due to your lack of care. What a selfish bunch.

The dispatcher is completely incompetent, disrespectful and rude. I called for an accident and she rude from the start. I gave her my location and have been waiting on the police when the police called me back they realized that I was in a different location and put me back on with her so she could connect me to the correct. After I was put back on with her she became snarky by asking me if I called the correct department. I told her that I called 911. She then replies that if you call in Woodbridge then you'll get the Woodbridge police department. So is this what it means to protect and serve?? So if I was hurt or dying I should be asked who did I call instead directing me to get the help that I needed?? If you don't like your job then dont work there!!!

I laughed so hard at the comment that said the Woodbridge police department always treats people with respect. Clearly written by an officer or a family member. I was pulled over by one of these delightful officers and this guy did everything humanly possible to escalate the situation. Called me names, accused me of lying, accused me of shoplifting even though I hadn't been anywhere near a store (I was half a mile from my friggin house). He even threatened to arrest me and take me to the station "to teach me a lesson", over a 5 mph speeding ticket, because I was having trouble finding my driver's license. And I'm white. I don't even want to think about how they treat people of color. A prime example of everything that's wrong with our police departments. So glad I got the hell out of New Jersey.

I'm from NYC, and these are the best police officers. They are kind and courteous- I wish more police departments respect citizens in this manner.

I have asked assistance from the Woodbridge Police Department multiple times . In all instances , they were very professional and very helpful.

I just called and a woman dispatcher give me an attitude she didn t even answer my question she was more interested on knowing the location instead of answering the simple question as when or what time are commercial vehicles allowed to park on the streets then she hang up and didn t answer the second time ...I would like to know what is the process to hire this officers ? Attitude , rude, short on info from the town she work for , like is nice to know how my taxes get wasted !

As of right now it's a 1 but hopefully when they do come it will be a 5.I've been waiting days I've been abused and tortured for days upon time.There not just taking their time,it's been long and strenuous.I'm not even sure their still involved in the case.I need help I'm still being abused very badly.I've done everything I can.It doesn't matter what time of the day what their doing I'm ready for it all.I trust in the process their taking to get me to safety.

Unprofessional!! I went to the station to make a police report for stalking/harassment. The officer who took my complaint was rude and dismissive. He insisted on changing the facts, and had the gaul to tell me "lets not switch words around." When he was the one switching my words around. He was more focused on minimizing the seriousness of the situation, then taking an accurate police report. The experience left me frazzled, because it's clear that I will NOT receive assistance from this Police Department.

Having lived near Woodbridge years ago this police department appears to have lost its core values and leadership. Perhaps chief you need to get off your a$$ and review the mission statement of your department. When you allow detainment for a suspicious activity with no crime committed, you are putting your department and the community tax money at risk. That sgt in the recent you tube obviously does not need stripes.

The office department is so rude I called to get some information and the lady was very rude and rudely stated that it was not their problem and to take it to civil court. It really made me feel like I was bothering them since they wanted nothing to do with me.

I would give them minus 5 rating if I could. They are so rude and unprofessional it s ridiculous. They don t even know the meaning of serving talk less of protecting. Do NOT under circumstance allow them to them to call u a toll truck if you break down! You ll thank me later!

Some of the most impatient, unprofessional people!! One officer is nice and helpful. The woman in the front doesnt have patience at all!! If you have a conversation she gets mad and hot headed. People need help when they goto the station. They dont need all that attitude!! If you dont like your job then dont work there. Very disappointing

Ran into officer delgatto today and he gave me a ride , we had a good talk and he's a good cop, dont find those often. Real good guy

There is video evidence on YouTube of Woodbridge police unable to follow even the simplest of law. They detained a man for public photography, demanded ID, and threatened arrest if he moved from where he was standing unless he showed ID. It opens them up to a civil rights lawsuit and the taxpayers will foot the bill.

My personal experience is that red lights can be blown with a quick lighting of the roof bar. They fly past me on 40 mph roads, and love yelling and barking out orders. Unprofessional isn't enough to describe their behavior.
