This review is based on my experience with Chris Z who has been my broker for several years. Believe it or not, he cares about his clients and works with them to get the best rates possible, not only by shopping, but by helping you to improve whatever situations you may have that has lead into higher rates. I took over my companies workers comp with a kid rate of over 160. In the last few years he s helped me to understand everything better and educated on how to keep our claims to a minimum. Now our newly published rate is 99%! Find me any other broker who would help a client do that. You won t find them. It s a rare thing in this field.
