As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by Wood Financial Group, LLC. Overall, my experience was average. The company's website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. However, I found that the customer service was a bit lacking. When I reached out with inquiries, the response time was slow and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Additionally, I was expecting a more personalized approach from a financial company, but I felt like I was just another number to them. On the positive side, the company did deliver on their promises and executed transactions efficiently. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and building more meaningful relationships with their clients.
