After 4 visits and $800 my Explorer has the same problems that it had when I started. I am not impressed.

Extremely friendly staff, that get the Stars. However leased a new vehicle and there's been problems since day one driving off the lot. The customer is expected to pay for the fixes! Unbelievable - Nissan is much better and takes care of it's customers, especially at Brasso Nissan! Brasso is the epitome of customer service excellence!
