My first phone call was July 1 I left a voicemail. I called back the following Monday and Tuesday then Thursday I finally got ahold of the receptionist that scheduled the appts and once I said my name she yelled at me and said she s called me back and I didn t pick up. I m a real estate agent so if people don t leave me a voicemail I don t know to call them back, as I get a LOT of calls though out the day. Without bothering to listen she then said they are booked up and have no room for me.. I was in tears by that time and she said there are plenty of other Drs, sorry and hung up...

I ve been going to Dr. Miller s office for years now, but recently had her as my OB for my first pregnancy. My pregnancy took a turn for the worst very quickly at a routine appointment and because of Dr. Miller s attentive and quick acting, I was able to safely deliver my baby and my life was saved as well. I am so thankful for Dr. Miller and her staff and for the way they cared for me in such a dire situation!

Honestly go to any other OBGYN- this is by far the worst experience I ve ever had with any doctor /staff. The scheduling process was hell. They mismanaged my appointments and the staff was extremely rude in the process of doing so. I have never been treated so poorly by other women in my life. Seriously, go somewhere else. There s better care from better people.

Dr. Miller and her staff are absolutely incredible! I can never put into words the care and compassion that Dr. Miller gave during my pregnancy. With being such a busy practice, they were very attentive to my needs and phone calls. After having multiple fertility issues along with a miscarriage, I was blessed to have Dr. Miller caring for me. I can never express my gratitude and can t recommend Dr. Miller and her practice highly enough.

I would have to agree with some of these reviews. Dr Miller's nurse is horrible. But Dr Miller is amazing. I am currently going there for my pregnancy and everytime I go I ask for Tammy. I will not deal with Joanne she has no place there not a caring person at all. Dr. Miller has delivered my other children and I will always go there she is the best caring and thoughtful Dr I have ever seen.

I had my first OB appointment with Dr Miller she is amazing she was highly recommended. However her "nurse" Joanne is nasty and condensing. I had her other nurse when I first got there(don't know her name) she was kind and sweet. After my appt I say in a room for 10 minutes till Joanne came in and treated me like I was stupid for the questions I asked. I have had a few of my mommy friends transfer put of there because of Joanne but I wanted to have Dr. Miller but unfortunately I have also transferred out of there. It's unfortunate I really like Dr.Miller......

Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Communication is poor from both staff and doctors. A simple prescription refill should not take nearly a week to do. When you are able to get an appointment your told to come early but wait literal hours (at least 1.5- 2 hours every visit) in the waiting room before being called back. I wouldn t recommend wasting your time or putting your health in the hands of this office. After a handful of visits to this office I ve left their practice and gone elsewhere.

Great care. Busy office, but I am aware from my marketing job that a number of OBGYN providers have left the area. Medicine is not easy. There are often two sides to a scenario when a person posts here and Google makes it impossible for a provider to defend themselves - you know, that patient privacy thing. So I think providers don't respond here simply to protect the patient, who is complaining. Even when they're being attacked or receiving complaints it seems like the providers are looking out for patients. Kudos to the staff of any medical office taking care of patients in a difficult environment anywhere, but especially here in Broome County. Thanks Dr. Miller and team!
