GenWest, formerly known as Women's Health West, is a leading family violence support service that has been providing assistance to women and families in the western region of Melbourne for over 30 years. The organization is committed to promoting gender equality and preventing violence against women by delivering a range of programs and services that support communities to lead safe and healthy lives.

At GenWest, we understand the devastating impact that family violence can have on individuals, families, and communities. That's why we offer a range of services designed to help those affected by family violence. Our team of experienced professionals provides crisis support, counseling, legal advice, advocacy services, and referrals to other specialist services.

We also work closely with community groups and organizations to raise awareness about family violence prevention. Our education programs are designed for schools, workplaces, community groups or any other organization interested in learning more about how they can help prevent family violence.
