I had an over night stay in the royal/new cross last night. The care I received was OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT. Doctor s , nurses, health care assistant s and cleaners all extremely pleasant and helpful. The hospital is spotlessly clean EVERYWHERE inside and out in the grounds. I was almost pleased to have visited! Can t thank them enough. Brilliant well educated and polite and professional staff. Thank you all Julie Reynolds. x
I waited 4 hours and half with 2 young children to the emergency department. The place has only a few toys and books for all the children who are waiting for. How can the children get patience so many hours only standing on a chair??? Waiting for so many hours in the waiting room you are going to leave home with other diseases
Sitting here in the waiting room for urgent care. Asked how long was told everyone here is in blue so can take 4 hours.
As we wait no tv with wait times working. On top of that there is this long high pitched continous beep.
Not sure how this is supposed to calm someone who is already in so much pain. #irritating

Got taken here by ambulance on Saturday night, ambulance crew and doctors and staff were amazing.

4 and a half hour wait after been triaged and still not been seen
Only 1 doctor on duty for a city the size of Wolverhampton, place is a complete disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
