Took my car in for a recall about a month ago involving my braking system. The incompetent mechanic broke off bleeder screws on my brake calipers. A quick YouTube search will tell you how to remove bleeder screws without snapping them, done them myself before. Also, I am pretty sure they didn t even fix the recall. Get my car back, heat no longer works. Looked under the hood, no coolant. Filled coolant tank up, will not hold coolant anymore. Can easily fix myself, but you would expect a Ford dealership to fix their own vehicles without issue. Learned my lesson.

The service was a good experience and the Service Leader Bryan keeps me updated on the service as it s happening. One little complaint is that the back window had been taped to secure the window after it was put back in but the tape was not taken off when I went to pick it up. Also the Truck was so tightly parked that I almost had to crawl in the passenger side to get into the truck and the windows were not cleaned and the plastic seat cover was crumpled up and thrown on the floor of my truck. I little cleanup would have been appreciated.
So went there truck shopping, sales was great, no pressure, very covid compliant, felt very safe, so we went on to purchase our truck, a 16 platinum f150, was pre owned certified which we were told is basically a 1 year warrenty. Wonderful, we added the extended warranty also, 3 days into ownership the sunroof gets stuck open, mind you we are 2 weeks out of our due date for baby #2, so we sceduled an appointment thru service, ended up missing it cuz we ended up in the hospital to deliver baby #2, resceduled appointment, also noticed the diff cover on the rear axle getting damp at this point so made mention of it. Was told i would get another crew cab pickup as a loaner, didnt happen, best that i could get was an explorer, no big deal just worked around not having my truck for a couple days, i get home in the explorer and there is a spitter full of chew in the armrest along with previous guys it was loaned to paperwork (address phone number other personal information) Obviously not cleaned or disinfected before given to me, ok benefit of the doubt still not too bothered, get a call trucks ready, have to wait for parts to come in to fix sunroof, no sense leaving it at dealer can take a few weeks, they made note confirming the rear diff was leaking, "but not enough to justify repair" ok still patient, about 2 weeks go by, parts are in, drop truck off again expecting a truck as a loaner, again just an explorer, ok worked out fine the first time, ill just work it out again, get home, nicer trim loaner this time so i was happy, next morning i sit in the passenger and find an ipad underneath, check the armrest and again previous guys info, so again got another car that hasnt been cleaned... Be reminded i have a newborn thru all of this, get the call the trucks done, and they give me a total, what do you mean i have a total, i just bought the truck, i paid a deductible to fix a sunroof 3 months into owning the truck with 3 different warrenties covering it, (what was left on the factory, the 1 year certified, and the extended that i purchased seperatly). For the hassel i had asked if the inspection stickers could be updated since they never were at original purchase, had january stickers on it but i bought it in may, was told no we legally cant do that. I am a mechanic, with both inspection and emissions licenses with firsthand expierience updating stickers, only law is you have to write them for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 15 months, literally would have costed the cost of the stickers(6 dollars each) and i had to fix my rear diff myself, will never have my vehicle serviced here again and my salesman is literally the only reason im leaving 2 stars, have been going to shultz in wexford since
I don't normally write a lot of reviews for various reasons but honestly, our experience at Woltz & Wind was just amazing and I had to take the time to give them props. From Tall Paul, to Lisa, to Ray, everyone gave us incredible service, answered all of our questions, and really helped us get into an Explorer that exceeded all of our expectations.
It really was the best car buying experience we have ever had with no pressure, tons of information to help us decide, and honest real talk from local people that understand life. There literally wasn't anything more we could ask for to help us make a solid decision.
Bottom line, if you need a new ride, stop by and see what they can do for you. I have a feeling you'll be just as happy as we are.
We purchased a 2015 Fiesta from Mike Blosi on 2/18/19 What a great experience. Mike went the extra mile to make the complete experience a pleasure.
