If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I arrived and was immediately greeted by Bryant (I hope that is how you spell it) we told him what we were looking for and he walked us to the correct section. I was looking at two different white Jeeps but the last one caught my eye so he again went to go get the keys test drove it and fell in love! We went inside and he was great about answering all of our questions, we filled out all the paperwork spoke with Leroy who was amazing as well and then finally finished up with Tatiyana (again I hope I spelled it correctly). We laughed, joked and spoke like we have known each other for awhile. It was probably the best experience we have had buying a car! Thank you again Bryant, Tatiyana, and Leroy for everything but especially for my Dream car!!

Good service department. Very nice workers. I bought my Challenger at the Gossett location, and their service sucks. They wouldn't honor the warranty, so I took my car here and it was fixed in under an hour. I'll definitely buy my next car from here. Avoid Gossett.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. The staff was so welcoming and kind but laid back in the sense they made you feel comfortable there. They weren t pushy at all. We came in looking for a Jeep Compass that we saw on their website. They had it ready when we got there. They never tried to push us into anything at all. They worked with our budget and actually got our payments lower than we expected! Dustin was an amazing sale man, the GM was very kind and our finance rep was amazing and hilarious!! We will keep coming back and only recommend this dealership from now on!!!

I purchased my new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited this past Saturday from Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They had the exact trim line, color, and option set I was looking for on the lot. I worked with Amber Wyms. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. The purchase process went very smoothly. Even the finance guy went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

This place has the worlds worst customer service ever, they all are butt holes. They think that racism stills exists. Everyone out there wants to talk to you and treat like s#/^! Then when you complain on them they lie like they are going to correct the problem to corporate, but they don't they get even worser. David Truitt , Service Manager is awful, he should have never been given a job. And don't try to reach out to the general manager , P. Kelly, because he doesn't even respond back at all. While I was there, four other people were complaining as well and the employees were talking crazy to them. To all individual's dealing with this dealership in any manner run, run, run as fast as you can unless you want to get ripped off!!!. In Jehovah's name, this is the truth !!!

Leroy Brewer was my sale person. This guy is a real joke, he literally gave me a price on vehicle then add a hidden down payment on a car I paid cash for through my personal bank.This man let me leave then wait days later to tell me he forgot to get a down payment from me. There was no paperwork stating I owed a balance. This man is a real joke, and I felt disrespected on the highest level. Do not, I repeat do not purchase or lease anything from this place. This is not the negativity anyone needs especially as a essential worker of a hospital. The first time in a while to have time off from work and this happens. Terrible buying experience! This will definitely be reported on other platforms.

Extremely pleased with my visit to Wolf Chase Chrysler Dodge Jeep. 1st class organization here that knows how to take care of their customers. I went in for an issue this morning turn out was over due for an oil change and it was tripping a sensor so not a big deal after all. Or riginal wait time was "d at almost 2 hours but they were able to get me in-and-out and about half that time. The waiting area is very clean And comfortable. There is coffee and a couple of vending machine if you are looking for something to snack on while waiting. I got a great deal on my Jeep when I purchased here originally. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed with your experience here.

Used the online schedule tool on website entering in what I needed to get done to schedule an appointment. Recieved email saying no appointments necessary, first come first serve along with times they would be open by one of their employee's. Drove out Saturday morning and arrived just before they opened to get in/out asap. Only getting keys programmed to car which I was bringing and are already cut, just need programmed. Get told when I walk in service area they only do oil changes on Saturday. I ask why didn't the employee who responded to my details not tell me that after driving 40 min one way? I dunno, sorry - is all I got. This used to be my go to dealer for all my Jeeps that I own, 2 still right now. No worries, Collierville Jeep took me in immediately upon arrival! Found new Dodge/Jeep dealer that takes care of me and isn't wasting my time! Wolfchase....never again.

A customer called the parts dept and asked for a certain part number and the person said they had it and that they would sell it to them for an ungodly price. Double what cost is on the part. The customer then told their body shop, where his car was at, and when the body shop called to order the part the parts staff was very rude and said they would not sell the part to them with no reason. Very unhelpful to have to run around with a parts dept just to end up paying way more than it should be. Very unhappy with this dealership and will make sure never to buy from them or have any of my customers ever buy from them.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Donnie Woods. He asked immediately if he could be of any help to me and he definitely was. He took my financial situation into account and worked with the other associates to ensure I got the best possible car deal that would suit my needs. As this was my first time personally dealing with a dealership, he answered all of my questions which made the process very smooth and easy. I am so happy to have my first car and Donnie's help made the experience even better. I will definitely recommend Donnie to others who are looking for a five star car sales associate.

Shay was good. She kind of seemed distracted at times, and in a rush. They may be understaffed for salesman or she over booked appointment times. Was told after I purchased my vehicle that it is not their policy to fill the tanks of the cars after purchase. Would have given them 5 but just seemed a little scattered for me. I would possibly come back and buy from here again. The managers all seemed great and nice.

Some people might think I am crazy to have traveled from Chicago to Memphis to buy a car; but they are wrong. I found a very specific Jeep with all the options I wanted, for a price I could actually afford. I worked long hours over a few days with Mark G. to make it happen. I took an overnight Amtrak train, got picked up downtown Memphis, test drove it (exactly as described in pics, videos, phone calls and emails!) and met up with Paul K. and Hunter for a few more minutes to close the deal. I was back on the road to Chicago by noon with my new Jeep. They handled all the out-of-State paper work and even detailed it one last time. What can I say. If you live in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by to see whats cooking. If you are from out of the State, TN is worth the visit. Great BBQ, friendly people, and shhhhh....apparently really good fair deals on cars too!

I will never buy another vehicle from the dealership again. The management team does not stand behind their product, will not return your calls and they do not care about their customers. I was sold a truck that had a bad transmission right off the lot. Had to go above them to get any type of assistance to resolve my issues.which are still pending. If you have any problems, do not expect them to care or do anything about it.

Stopped by Wolfchase to check out RAM 2500. Had been considering purchase for a while but needed to lay hands on vehicle. Dealership in my area didn't have gasoline engine. Nick and Mark met me a spent quite a while providing info and answering questions. I left with a 2018 RAM 2500 Laramie. Love the truck and expect it to tow my 33' travel trailer much better than the F150 I previously had. Again, Nick and Mark were great. Only thing I wish the dealership would do a better job with is providing review of vehicle options, setting up android/apple connections, and service information. I was told I would get free oil changes but no details. Otherwise the care buying experience was great. I would buy from Wolfchase again.

No pressure sales and willing to negotiate fairly. RJ wa a great salesman who listens to your needs and wants. Service Department was very friendly and CDJ management was great!

Just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Wolfchase CDJR, a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys, and the sales process was wonderful. No pressure, provided options, good trade/in value, and fair pricing for the new vehicle. After purchase, provided an excellent briefing on all the technology, controls and features. Also a follow up call / text from Jesus (salesman) if I was satisfied or needed any assistance with the technology.

Very poor service. Called on a Wednesday to bring my car in for warranty work the Wednesday and dropping off the night before so it would be there first thing in the morning. Arrived to drop it off and was told "we're 4 days out" and my car would not be looked at tomorrow and probably not for 4 days. That was very disappointing but I said I would bring it back in 3 days then. I was informed that the car has to stay with the dealer the entire time (up to 4 days). Very unprofessional process and will take my business elsewhere.

I have to say my experience at Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep was nothing short of EXCELLENT. From the 1st contact call to riding off the lot my experience was great and smooth. I was told up front what I could get and there was beating around the bush ! When I arrived to the lot I was greeted and taken care of from start to finish. My salesman Nicholas Jones was awesome. It did not take long for him to complete my paperwork. He explained every step he took toward me getting my new vehicle. Took my truck in for service work. Martin was my service rep. He was ok. I went to pay the bill. I asked if they had a military discount. The cashier said yes but she said someone else had to put it in. She turned it over to Chad Johnson and he asked his boss. His boss said "give him 10%"; it was a $100 service bill. So Chad starts to key it into the system and says another service tech already keyed in a discount so he couldn't. The "discount" that was already keyed in was having the diagnostic charge removed since you don't pay for the diagnostic charge if they do the work. So his boss just tells him to give the discount and he doesn't want to do it since I was already given a discount. I should have taken it back to his boss (I didin't have time to get into it with him) but I just decided to do a google review. Oh, and my truck battery was dead when I went to pick it up. They had to jump it off. Wasn't real happy about that part either. They're not a very polished bunch...

After some long decision making using online information, I went in to test drive 1 specific car. A 2019 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with the Dynamics package in a Destroyer Grey. Terry and I both knew I was buying that car from the get-go. He was patient and quick with all of my paperwork. In the span of a lunch hour (okay 90 minutes), a I had test driven, signed, and made it back to work in my sweet new ride. I couldn t be happier with everyone from my salesman (Terry) to the sales manager (Paul) and even Hunter in finance. 10 out of 10 will do it again. Someday. Just enjoying my car for now.

Call to make an appointment to service my car. Only purchased the car a month ago. The front passenger door will not close completely unless you slam the door shut. The lady said that they only have drop off appointments. They want even check to see what's wrong unless you drop the car off. This us a brand new car.Now I have to drop it off before they will try to see what's wrong. Also she called me by my first name. No customer service etiquette. Another unhappy customer.

Update! Received a very courteous call back from maintenance manager. I am eligible for a loaner car.
I will take the car in on Monday. Hope this issue is not a permanent factory defect!!

Went to this dealership today where I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to have minor damage repaired following a minor accident, with insurance info and claim number in hand. Service manager told me they could not take it because if a body shop is needed, then they will have to send it to them. How hard is that? He told me this even though he said they have a body shop they use. However, instead of them taking my vehicle I bought there not long ago and the insurance info I had and taking care of me after the sale like they profess to do when you buy something, he literally told me they are trying to make money here, but knows he is trying to help me too. Thanks, good to know. Unfortunately, making a buck wins out over service again. Don t worry Mr. Service Manager, I won t buy anything else from this dealership. It s not worth the drive to Wolfchase. Here s a marketing tip, keep the customer happy. I would not have taken much here. Plus I m a repeat customer having purchased 3 jeeps at your establishment. Good luck. It will catch up to you.

I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee about a month ago. I had such a pleasant experience with this company. Starting with our salesman, Kevin, he was very helpful and assertive. And not to mention it was his first day at this dealership, he did a great job!! Bobby Rich and the service advisors made the buying process very easy also. They were all so helpful and never failed to keep us updated on my car being ready for me to pick up. Thank you Wolfchase CDJR for making this a great experience! I checked out others but not what I wanted i left there with out a car in my opinion i wouldn't recommend Chann. Didn't like he tried to get over on me he's nothing but talk he needs to humble him self. I will make my purchase at another location.

Still waiting for our advertised $50 test drive gift card from July, 2019 which was the reason my daughter went to this dealership in the first place. She test drove 3 vehicles including the new Jeep she ended up buying but even after multiple email/phone call requests--still no gift card!! Also we had several concerns about the whole car buying experience here including the attitude of both the salesman and the sales manager. When about to drive off the lot with the brand new car the low fuel light came on and we were told that even with purchasing an expensive brand new Jeep that it is not their policy to provide a full tank of gas. I have never been told that with any of my previous new vehicle purchases and after we voiced our displeasure, a different sales person intervened and was kind enough to agree to fill the tank. I wish that other salesperson was ours because he was very polite and professional. Also before leaving the lot my daughter had to ask about the blue tooth phone feature because our salesperson did not show her any features of her new car just gave her the keys. Because of these and other concerns which we voiced to Derek, the GM my daughter did get 1 complimentary oil change and car wash but we shouldn't have had to complain to get good customer service especially when making such a big first car purchase with our daughter! Disappointing overall experience so I cannot recommend this dealership especially since this is the 3rd Jeep we have bought and we had excellent customer service from the other Jeep dealerships!

I m only giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of my initial car salesman at Wolfchase CDJ. I went to two different car dealerships in search of a Honda before I finally went to Wolfchase CDJ. My initial salesman there wasn t pleasant to work with. After expressing my concerns with the Sales and Finance Manager, I was as able to work with another salesman, Nick, that was amazing! They not only got the price down to what I was comfortable with, but they even ordered me an additional key (it only came with one). The entire process took about 2 hours to complete. I will purchase another car there when I m in the market again.

Priced a part out whole sale for 196.50 then when purchasing the part it was higher at 219.00 and now the manager of parts told me that if I don t like it he will cancel the ticket and didn t want to honor the quote pricing I ll be doing busy across town from now on thankfully they are not the only dodge dealer in town

I had the best experience when I moved here and got my car repaired. So good my husband brought his car in. We didn t have a good experience with his car, work still undone on his car but because of the service and how long they had his car and what they charged him for undone work he decided to leave it alone. I tried to bring my car back for maintenance hoping it would be different. They had my car 5 days, charged for a diagnostic that I already knew what was wrong, even though they charged me it said further diagnostic needed to be done. What did I pay for then? They were rude when calling me back. Told me I had a recall coming up for fuel injector, but when they called back said I needed to get it done and it would be this amount of money. Even though the recall will have it done for free when it comes up. Said I had odd and end repairs for $1300 because of mileage but didn t state what odd and ends that was and I brought my car in less then a year ago with over 100k mileage and no odd and end repair was suggested. I m so upset about how I was treated, how long my car was there for no reason and I didn t get a description of what needs to be done. Won t be purchasing a new car here or getting any more work done.

(Go look at their Yelp Reviews)we bought a pre-owned certified car from this dealer 29 days ago. Havent even had it a month yet. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that they missed that it needs breaks when they did their pre-owned certified inspection. they said there's nothing they can do and that we waited to long to tell them. and they would look at it for a fee. very rude sales manager (Leroy) obviously I'm not the only person who's had problems with him. I do not recommend buying a car from here. I was going to buy another truck from them in a few months. not anymore I'll be taking my money to a more professional and diligent dealership. that care about the safety of their customers.

I can't speak on the sales team, but they have a bunch of stooges in the service department. This is my 3rd subpar experience with them in a year. I made an appointment 3-4 days ago. I was given an appointment time/day by their staff. I showed up two hours before my appointment to drop off my car (9 AM), and was told it wouldn't be looked at today. They also said they didn't know how long it'd take for them to get to me. They were very rude and unapologetic about the whole thing although they had record of my appointment that THEY made earlier in the week. Someone deserves your business more than these clowns.

Would not recommend the service department! I have been there numerous times for a simple oil change asking them to check things over (their multi point inspection) and please call when it's complete. I drop it off in the morning and I have to call every time at 5 and ask if my vehicle is done, then I don't get any paperwork. I don't feel like my requests are that hard but it seems impossible for them.
