We were there last week. We really enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds, the river view and the delicious continental breakfast!
We were there last week. We really enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds, the river view and the delicious continental breakfast!
Amazing place! There's a reason it's always booked! Thanks, Ted! We had a great time and will back again for sure!
Really beautiful Class A motorhome resort. Sits right on the San Juan river just east of Pagosa Springs. It is very well cared for in every respect. We are always welcomed by Ted, the owner.
Each site has gazebo and a shed. So pleasant!
There's fun to be had as well. Breakfast m-f by chef Ted, and a very nice pot luck on Thursday evenings.
Recommended highly!
Very poor wifi, water leak on my water supply...ok place, but...
Beautiful grounds, well set up spaces, nice sheds on every site and patio furniture. Only problems are the office is not open with any predictability, and with long staying residents/owners its pretty cliquey. Didn't really feel included despite going to a weeknight potluck. We are friendly people.
First Class all the way! Great owners, beautiful grounds, fantastic location. Frankly I have not seen a nicer Class A resort.
A beautiful RV park for Class A motorhomes. There are only 27 sites situated above the river. The landscaping is immaculate. It's pricey but worth it.....
Great class A campground. Exceptional staff, wonderful breakfast bar, on the river, great repeat guest, what else can you ask for?
Wolf Creek is a very nice 5 Star Class A only RV resort. It does not have some of the amenities of other top resorts, no pool, workout room or golf but the location overlooking the river and Ted s breakfast 5 day s a week are hard to beat. There is trout fishing in the river, I could see them but alas could not catch any. Only sites 24-27 overlook the river out of the front window of your RV, we were in 24 and saw deer and raccoon on the far bank. The sites have large concrete parking pads and grass between the sites. They have high water pressure so have a regulator. The town has a fare number of restaurants but they can be busy on holidays and weekends. There is a lot to see in the area but a lot of that can be about an hours drive away.
It is understandable why they have many repeat guests.
Wolf Creek RV Resort is an absolutely incredible place to stay! It sits right above The San Juan River! Spectacular views as you sit on your patio, or if you choose to take a stroll along the river! The owners, Dane and Kaye are extremely hospitable and will assist in any possible way to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Great base camp to see surrounding cities! ( Creede, Silverton, Durango, etc.)
We had a wonderful time - we have a 43Ft Entragra Coach and 20 ft Harley Trailer so we had a hard time finding a place. We called on the way there and got a spot. Can't say enough about how the service was so great. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We love this resort. The facility is very well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. Pagosa Springs us a beautiful city with very many things to do. We will continue staying with Wolf Creek Run.
We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at Wolf Creek. The park is beautiful and immaculately landscaped and cared for. Sites are spacious and include a covered area outside with at least a table and chairs. The resort has nice public areas to provide river access, a couple of community fire pits, and a huge deck and clubhouse overlooking the river. There are a few social events each week that we enjoyed (of course proper COVID precautions) and are well attended. The owner is very accommodating and was a pleasure to get to know. If you are a Class A owner and want a beautiful place to stay in CO, this should be on your list. Keep in mind it is an HOA run community and you will be asked to adhere to the rules of the HOA. This has become one of our top destinations in Colorado strictly due to this resort!
Very well maintained park with nice amenities. The problem is the highway which is about 50 feet from our site. Semi trucks run all night long using engine brakes as they approach town. I am usually a heavy sleeper but the traffic woke me throughout the night. Will not return.
Great host, great views, very clean and organized. Class A Only
Really enjoy seeing the ski team on mountain. Daniel at basecamp is absolutely the best. The ski team always friendly. The ski patrol is awesome as well.
This is our second stay at this class A Motorcoach resort and we ll definitely be back. All sites can easily accommodate a 45 rig with tow vehicle, all utilities worked well and the view of the San Juan river is beautiful. This is a perfect location for exploring the San Juan mountains, including hiking, mountain biking or wheeling. The town of Pagosa Springs is just a few minutes away and offers plenty of dining opportunities and 3 grocery stores.
A most pristine Class A Motorhome Resort nestled by the Sante Fe River and close to the mountains. The new owner could not have been more accommodating, treating us like gold! The perfect spot to vacation.
This is the Best RV Resort in the country, management is very friendly and keeps everything up to date. Lots are large with storage and patio on each site
Amazing location. Beautifully landscaped Class-A only resort. Close enough to town to eat at restaurants and the National Forests are only a few miles away. We are looking forward to our next stay!
Great views, peaceful and friendly staff and campers. Well run and a beautiful environment. Highly recommended!
Equivalent of a 5-star resort experience. Well laid out facilities that meet every expectation. While there is some road noise, it isn't at all disruptive. The owner's baking skills make for an outstanding "continental breakfast" that is the gathering point in the mornings for the tight knit but welcoming community. While our stay was short, most have come for years and stay for months. Long term stays require reservations as much as a year in advance, which speaks to the quality experience offered. We will return!
Lol this place is a joke. The staff sucks, save your time and money. Hopefully they'll learn how to treat customers one day :)
Wolf Creek Pass And Downtown Pagosa Springs Which Made Famous By C.W McCall
I am glad I did not get the OPPORTUNITY to stay at such a fine establishment as this one.... After being told twice by email that they have no vacancy I STILL try to stay here by calling "Diana the Owner" to see if another reservation had backed out in which she tells me they had! To my excitement I move my dates around to fit and she is about to book my stay!!! This is when I get the HIGH BROW treatment!!! I get told that my class A Hualmark motor home is not up to there standards and is actually a class c motor home..... LOL!!!! Funny to me that its insured as a class A!!!! First time in 15+ years of RVing that me and my family haven't been good enough to stay somewhere!!! I included a picture of my CRAPPY rig in which i also forwarded the owner!!!! If you do not drive a PREVOST better not waste your time!!!!
The five parking slots AT THE TOP OF THE ENTRANCE have a beautiful view and are listed as premium. NOT SO. THE ROAD NOISE ID TERRIBLE. MANAGMENT KNOWS THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE A LAST REPORT
YOU PAY $100 A NIGHT FOR A $,25 a Night slot. A premium place where you bring the food on get aquanyed night. STAY AWAY

Very well maintained and manicured. Great location right along the river and a good home base to go out and explore the sites near by. The owner, Dane, was very nice and accommodating. The park is for Class A motorhomes only, and is a small personable RV resort. A great place to spend some time.
There is some road noise being on highway 160 but still able to sleep.
We would definitely stay again.
