Lots of wearables to choose from, souvenirs, snacks, small electronics.

We rented the ballroom at the Bernhard. And even though parking sucked (like most campus parking). The venue and catering staff were great.

Nice place, gardening items, veggie and decorative plants available.

I graduated in the late 80s. For the longest time it was hard to even but a simple Champion sweatshirt. In the last 10+ years the bookstore has transformed into the place to buy WMU gear. It rivals any school I have visited. Great place to browse and buy Western gear.

Terrible customer service and they have tons of workers at one time, but they get orders wrong and take forever on orders. Employees just stand around.

Good selection of items, but the textbook alley stops doing textbook returns before most labs have even started! I paid $120 for a university-specific book and I couldn't return it since it was after the refund date, even though I had JUST had lab for the first time... If you're going to rob students of their money at least make it easier for them to get it back.
