Every time I take my laptop in, the guys are always friendly and efficient. I haven't had a problem that they could't fix. I took my laptop in last Thursday due to a hard drive problem and they man called me back today to let me know it was fixed and ready for pick up! The cost is always right for the repair too. From a cracked screen, hard drive issue, or a cord malfunction. The tech is always on it! So thanks guys! I had my doubts about a new person working on my computer since I moved to the area, but you have definitely earned my trust.
