I had a bad experience with the attendant Luciana, she was extremely rude, she was looking at the school teaching material, that we were going to enroll my son, and this human being who doesn't know how to communicate with anyone, was already rude to me, asking if I spoke English in an ironic tone, it means that we have no right to know the didactic material, soon after my wife did not understand the value of the course and she was extremely ignorant, almost shouting at her, so this lady needs to undergo some treatment against nervousness, because any more doubts we had, was capable of being attacked by this terrible attendant ... here is my indignation with this extremely rude being, I hope that this company takes some action to protect customers from not going through attitudes humiliating like that, unprepared employee and totally unable to deal with other people. I hope that the Wizard company will take action, because they just lost a customer because of a totally unprepared person, and they will lose a lot of others in what depends on this problematic and clueless lady.
