Great place buy firefighting and EMS equipment from.

Danny and his guys on the sales floor are great! They will go out of their ways to help find or order whatever you are looking for when it comes to first responder equipment. I have been a customer there for almost 7 years and have been glad to be able to shop at their store. Seriously, check them out!

Received an email about a law enforcement firearm priced at 229.99. I called to place my order through the proper channel and had my local gun store set up for ffl licensing to ship to them. Upon calling them they admitted the email was a typo, and would not honor the email advertised price. They offered me the item at cost price. Whatever happened to owning mistakes and accepting the advertisement price? Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I placed an order over 2 months ago that was supposed to deliver with a week. I have not received the order. I have not received any information about the order. They still have my money. I can't get anyone on the phone. They are not doing a good job. Shop elsewhere if you have the choice. Business is earned.i have had to file a dispute in order to get my money back. This means I will have to put even more time and effort into a problem caused by them. If they don't have the product or the ability to deliver the products then they should not sell them. They are not a public safety group. They are taking advantage of the public during an already bad time. That is shameful.

Polite staff. Terrible service. Will not refund for bad product. Would never purchase from them again. Would rate them a minus 10, but forced to give a one star.

Bought merchandise, Paid for it, paid for shipping. They never delivered it and didn't return my money. Told me they aren't going to deal with it.

Don't deal with the Coatesville location. I called and verified that a product was in stock prior to ordering. The gentleman assured me that it was in stock and ready to pickup. I placed the order online and only after completing the purchase was I told "oh the item IS in stock but we can't give it to you until next week. The manager is out of town on company business and he is the only one with the computer password". Are you serious? It's 2019, how are you in business? The manager Jose won't answer his phone when staff try to call him and hasn't responded to emails from me or his staff. Sounds like this dude took a vacation, not a business trip. Never again for me. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This is the worse company i have to deal with, They honestly have no clue
what they show on the website is not what they send you and they then tell you no refunds. They should be ashamed of themselves .ripping off folks that save and protects lives and property everyday.

Ordered from their company the Firestore. They have several websites.

I ordered end of November 2020. It was a gift. After Christmas it still had not arrived. With absolutely no communication.

I asked about it beginning of January. Was told it would be shipping January 4th. So the 13th I ask for proof of shipping. I was told it was delayed it was backordered again on the 28th. 15 days to respond.

I asked for a refund. On the 29th and I quote. "Thank you for contacting TheFireStore. Your order has been canceled. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know"

So, I check to see where my refund on February 7th. I was told on Feb 10th that the item shipped and could not be cancelled, but I could refuse item and get a refund. I was given a tracking number. The item shipped on February 9th!!! 11 days after they said it was cancelled!

I will refuse shipping. Who knows if I will get a refund.

Did eventually get money back

I ordered from their online store (TheEMSStore). They told me the item would be in stock in 1 week from when I order it. I ordered it about a month and a half ago, and they are still telling me it didn't come in yet. Terrible customer service, terrible reliability. In short, do not shop here. They will take your money and never give you the goods. I called them up multiple times, and they just kept reassuring me that it is 'almost there', yet nothing has ever come out of it. Would strongly recommend that you spend the extra few dollars, and shop elsewhere where you will actually receive your item.
