I worked with this realtor through phone and email from over 2,000 miles away to find our forever home. I shared our must haves, our deal breakers, our needs and our budget and she not only delivered, she worked very fast to get us what we wanted, where we wanted. We did a live video tour the very next day. The seller ended up dropping the price and within hours we had made an official offer. Inspections and negotiations went smoothly and now we are enjoying our new to us home.
GAS LEAK!!!!! ..... in home sold by this Realtor!!!!! Unethical realtor! This realtor: Anne Wise sold us a home knowingly of a gas leak and covered up the smell with GLADE plug in. YES!!! A GLADE Plug-In. If I were you I would not trust this realtor. Plumbing repairs in home end up costing us beaucoup of money and this realtor did not want to bend hardly anything to cover those as a seller. I hope this gas leak didn t cause any harm to my newborn child. Also, advertised home as newly painted when it was only primed, NOT painted fully. Will consider removing post is realtor offers some sort of compensation from her pretty commission to alleviate the gas leak/plumbing repairs. This is our experience but you can decide if you want to take the risk of trusting what this realtor sells you.
I was impressed with Ana from the first phone call! I was really surprise to get an answer on the first try to reach her via phone. Also,I love the way came across very knowledgeable and positive to assist us in get our house! Long story short she is amazing in my book.I consider her now a great life friend! We love our house!
