I recently had a procedure and was left feeling uncertain about the entire experience. The communication could use some improvement. I had to ask multiple times for clarification on the aftercare instructions. The atmosphere felt more clinical than comforting, which made the experience less pleasant. 🏥 I expected a bit more consideration for patient comfort. Not what I hoped for.
