WVA generates 50-100 Million (with some sites claiming 100-500 million but we ll go with the lower amount to show you how absurd it still is) on average per year. With $13 an hour for 500 employees that s 12.48 Million. Company had a huge increase in revenue this year due to corona. Even if the company paid $16-20 an hour that s only 15.36 Million - 19.2 Million for the employees. Not to mention that the entire warehouse has been built with the money they earned so very little overhead. WVA is a poverty exploiter. The very same people that helped build this company are getting starvation wages. Unfortunately I don t work here as I just provided factual statistics (that anyone can look up) on companies that have been shared with horror stories. From what s been shared online it s no wonder the CEO Chris Fait or Robert Fait likes to do things that are PR friendly as you can clearly see no adult could survive on these wages based on the cost of living in Burlington. The average cost of rent is $745 - $1150 a month in Burlington. Doesn t include food, gas, and all other amenities.
Most unaccountable distributor. Inflexible customer service policies which will make your business suffer and they will not be willing to do anything for you even when they are making errors. Please beware!
