Our metal stamping capabilities include progressive die stamping up to 400 tons capacity; transfer press stamping up to 600 tons capacity; single hit stamping up to 1000 tons capacity; deep draw forming up to six inches depth; coining; blanking; piercing among others.
We also offer tool & die design services using the latest CAD/CAM software programs such as SolidWorks®, AutoCAD®, Mastercam® among others. Our experienced toolmakers can create custom dies that meet your exact specifications while ensuring maximum efficiency during production runs.
In addition to our metal fabrication capabilities we also offer welding services including MIG/TIG welding for both ferrous & nonferrous metals along with spot welding & stud welding processes which allows us greater flexibility when it comes time for assembly operations where multiple components need joining together into one final product before finishing operations commence like powder coating or painting etc..
