I ve worked with both Chance and Brooklyn at this location in the past 2 days. Each has been professional, patient, and customer focused. So much so I will be a loyal customer at this site given their professionalism and service. Two thumbs up and five stars for sure.

Chance was really nice to me. He helped me get a new phone and he answered all my questions. I recommend Chance to anyone who goes to this Verizon store.
