I have ordered from Collections ETC multiple times and have always gotten exactly what I expected in quality, price and service.

Iove ALL of my orders from Collections that I receive!!! However, this is the first time some of the merchandise was damaged in shipping!! No fault of Collections!! Will continue to order!!

Products great. Delivery takes too long, not pleased with that

The t-shirt is very nice and the dog toys will be great for Christmas presents.

When I went to check out it said there was an error and didn't go through, so I ordered again. Next day I called customer service they told me something that didn't happened the way they said. When all was said and done I finally received only one of what I ordered. Waiting on my credit card bill to see if everything is correct with them. Hesitate to order anything again.

I love collections etc catalog shopping and great customer service too.

My Amish wagon is absolutely adorable. I can t wait it to add it my outside decor.

Fast shipping. Everything arrived without any issues.

Arrived a little later than i expected, but the products arrived safely and are all as i expected. One item is on back order, but i was informed that this was going to be a factor.

Items fine. Problem items were delivered to the wrong house...Post Office error. Received later and all is fine.

Most of the items were for my house, EXCEPT for the doggy t-shirts I ordered for my "Goddog", Ashton. Not only were they cute as could be, the medium size was actually a medium and fit her perfectly.

although shipping took longer than usual due to pandemic, I was pleased with all the items in my order. Quality was excellent. Three items were purchased as gifts; and recipients were extremely happy.

I ordered 2 of the same top, & 5 find the word books & they only shipped 1 of my ordered/paid for tops. The b/l showed 2 were filled/shipped; but only 1 was shoved in the plastic bag at the top. 2 face masks I ordered & showed in stock, were back ordered. So I wait for my masks & my top.

The items I ordered were great--it did take quite awhile to receive them.

The butterflies were much bigger than I thought they'd be, but otherwise a very good buy.

They always add a handling charges of $5 or so; their checkout process is not intuitive; the email confirmation only includes the order number, not what was ordered, not what it cost, not what means were used to pay for it

received wrong item, told me I would have to pay $7.99 to return their mistake. Will never deal with these rip offs again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am a longtime customer for over 15 years and a very good one. I purchased a Snowman Thermometer which is not functioning, but because it is over 60 days since I purchased it, they will not give me credit or an exchange. It is a $10 product. Crazy when I spend over $200 with them a year. I would not recommend purchasing products from this company because they may not work properly and they will do nothing about it. I would recommend LAKESIDE COLLECTIONS.They sell similar products and have a wonderful customer service team!!

both items were as advertised. The skort fit as expected.

I was a bit disappointed with the purchase but the furniture covers were very inexpensive so I guess I can't complain too much. The furniture cover for my love seat had two small hole in the fabric that I had to sew up. I haven't washed them yet so we will see how they hold up. Other than the holes, the covers were beautiful and just what I wanted.

The quality of the items I ordered are dime store cheap. Some of it had to be repaired by me and the amount of time it took to get the product was longer than promised. I will not buy from this source ever again.

I was quite pleased with my purchase. The bedspreads are absolutely beautiful.

The table cover was ment to be a
Christmas decoration for my patio it arrived just a couple days before so didnt give me time to display it. It is very pretty and I will save it for next year.

I had no idea of Winston Brands, Inc. I only knew of Collections, ETC. and have done business with them for years. They offer a wonderful assortment of items at reasonable prices with very good quality. I really enjoy looking through their catalog or browsing their website. I highly recommend !!!

My order was filled correctly and delivered on time. All items met my expectancy.

Took a while to get my order (maybe because of Covid). 2 of my 6 items I am returning. The M pants are made for someone with bigger thighs. Waist is great, but legs too roomy. The M shorts fit great for me.

I receive a partial order set to antique bronze planters and Solar gutter light. I love the antique planters they look Really nice. My purchase took 3 weeks for delivery. Still waiting for the rest of my order.

I received the order in timely fashion and was very happy with it, except the main item I ordered was not as described on the website. I returned that particular item and am awaiting a reply on whether the company will refund the shipping costs since I sent along the copy of the incorrect description as well.
