Great food, clean room, great time was had by all!!

If you are looking for food turn around and go back to the gas stations in Sloan. Worst food in Iowa.

Friday seafood buffet was good and tasty. Slots were good to me the last few times I was there.

Not a bad little casino. Slots were not too tight, but the woman on the intercom seating guests for the buffet got on my nerves every couple minutes making announcements about who was the next lucky soul to belly up to the trouth and fill their gut with that all you can eat goodness. Also more geared for the silver anf blue haired seniors... Not a lively bunch if you catch what I am throwing...

I was just at the restaurant so.... it wasn't bad though.

We found a cockroach in our room hotel was needed updated

Very welcoming...always look forward to a stay here...Matthew was taking pride in park lot mntnce but took a moment to visit...then Drake saw me luggin' 5 gal. Jugs to gas up, stopped loaded me in truck, waited while fill and drove me back to RV...these are just two out of MANY PLEASANT EXCHANGES...and thk'd me for my Service

I love the place pretty nice hotel rooms and decent rates

Positives: they had electrical hookups for our rv for $15/night.
.50 cent chicken wings were very good.
Most of the staff were nice and helpful especially the promotions desk.
Good amount of slots.
Negatives: not convenient hook ups for water and dump.
Slots were definately TIGHT! Dont tell me about slot payback percentage either. They were tight.

Over all not a bad place. Maybe once they make up some of the $ they lost during pandemic they'll loosen the slots a bit.

Fun times, machines pay out good and great deals and good entertainment. Get your membership card as it allows you to eat the buffet for under 3 dollars and the food is great. Very great place for a good time

Slot play lasts longer than Hard Rock. BBQ Buffet was average

The casino is clean and well kept however the restaurant is only a buffet with less than stellar food.

We had crab legs at the buffet and they were great. The whole experience was fantastic. We love WinnaVegas.

Hotel is nice. Beds comfortable . Buffet has a smaller selection but prime rib night was good. Hotel is close proximity to casino . Slots were tight but employees were friendly. Booze is dirt cheap.

Hubby took me here for my birthday, had never been here before. Was NOT impressed. It was like a ghost town, very few people there, the buffet kinda sucked, wasn't a huge selection of food. We'd have been better off staying in town and going to one of our local casinos.

I had a lot of fun at the casino. Enjoyed bingo and played slots.

Very friendly service. Machines were wiped down by employees and disinfecting wipes were provided for customers.

It is a friendly place to gamble not pressured to gamble can go to hotel get cheep gas and diesel

Very good buffet but there drink specials are the best! We love to stop and see what species they have. We are always treated very good and they have never disappointed us.

Stopped to grab a cup of coffee. Played $200 and was told by blonde haired blue eyed security boy that you can't leave with a cup ofcoffee. Hope this helps for travelers. Come to our casino in Minnesota we let you take a cup to go

The staff was overall very chill, & very available to help should one need assistance. Good energy & atmosphere, every chance I've been able to make a stop at this spacious casino/hotel, & event venue.

Friendly nice rooms. Bring plenty of money if you want to play a bit. Payout not that great. Food is good at buffet desserts are great at cafe

Horrible Buffet!! Everything was out except for crab legs. Only other option was chicken and mashed potatoes.

Nice hotel rooms with some gaming availability and bingo. Food is pretty good. Fried chicken, Indian taco and chocolate chip cookies are favorites with cheese cakes.

The buffet was very expensive at $16 a person. The food was cold and didn't taste good. Their selection was also terrible. The ice cream tasted sour. The casino floor was small and mediocre. There were wires coming through the walls like someone did a rush job wiring up machines. Never again.

The machines were playing, and paying when I went. Lots of slots there. Had a great time!

Dad and I loved this place. That is until we discovered bedbugs in the room late one night a few months ago. We left immediately. The lady at the front desk was a good lady who sincerely was sorry. Leaving at 3:00am in the morning, is more than a little inconvenience when you are tired, but we dared not risk staying in the room and bringing them home.
I hope this happens to no one else. The hotel is too nice to not address this problem, and since no one ever contacted us, about it, we can only assume the problem is still there. I hope not. Up until this happened it was one of our favorite places. FYI, it was a comped room, but I assure you, we paid for the room at least 5 times over in the casino itself.
I don't think there is anyway to completely avoid bedbugs, and believe me, I wasn't looking for them, but when I did, there was at least 3 at the top of the bed, when I moved it to plug in my phone.
Again, since no one called, we can only assume that the management felt it was no big deal.
We have never been back.

Can't understand why you people can't run the bingo program smoothly. You have been doing bingo for years and yet (1) can't keep help and always trying to push new people on the floor or to be a caller. (2) always technical issues. Every week issue there. (3) you call the bingo hot line to get what's going on today and it's never updated. Some days it could be 3-4 days out. Maybe you need to go to Tama and they could help you. But if turnover is bad, I guess you won't solve that issue. It would be nice if maybe a manager of the casino would spend a few nights watching what is going on.

A. Uen place is a Cacino qe gives you a nice Dibercion and If you pay the Majority do not pay and a 5 star Otel I recommend it worth it that you go out to have a good time
