WinnaVegas Casino Review

To be completely honest, overall, it was a well experienced time. The only friendly staff was the front desk. Everyone else had that "I hate being here" type of attitude. Although I do say that the dealers at the black jack table was decent. The machines I feel were a little un fair. Why? Because I've played a other casinos and $5 would last me 45 minutes to 2 hours. But the machines here just gobbled them up. A big thing I didn't like seeing was the lack of security presence in the room. I felt that the management were a little stank face towards guest. The food was bland but it did have some good items. Like the brussel sprouts had more flavor than my chicken Alfredo. While I was play I had the same bartender attend me twice. I was there for a good 6 hours and a half. Some of the guest were actually nice. Gift shop lady is cool. She's actually one of the reasons for a star.

Just to let know we enjoy our over nite stay on the 19th of may I came to celerbrite my birthday the room was clean the help was real helpful and the casino was well kept.We had breakfast at the cafe and food was hot. I also like the help ask how we were doing and took the time to visit We gone to other casino and the help all talk to the local people only thing I was disappointed I wasn't call to play punch for cash maybe next time the slots were good to me. Went for the buffet, it was worth the buy-one that we had. The prime rib was delicious, but sides were a little less plentiful than expected.

This is how a res casino is supposed to be. Three dollar cigs at the gas station.

Machines are too tight and even on their free play you never win anything unless you happen to be a local, because those are seem to be the ones that win there.

This place is awesome!, great staff, so very helpful. The machines were great, new and old. The rooms are beautiful and comfy. The pool area has a shower and lockers. For ones convenience. Plus the machines paid out nicely. This is a great place to take a break, regroup and head by out on the road. We'll be back!

Seriously! A mask got us kicked out of the casino! How are you supposed to have a drink! Horrible rent a cops!

Can be a fun place just watch the payouts in BINGO. Went with my daughter and she was lucky enough to win, but when we got home we find she received a fake bill so....

Won t be going back I have been there 4 times with my service dog but today I was stopped questioned then denied access by sercurity who said my dog was not a service dog and would not let me get my friend waited a hour when I got out of my car just to be met outside and it took another 30 minutes before my friend came out I was never treated so badly and I have been there before with no problems but because so many people are trying to pass their untrained dogs off as service animals I was treated so badly and no matter what was said by me the guy would not let me in even with papers I was just there Friday night it s monday I won t go there again and I warn others beware I was informed that someone who I know might be saying that my dog is not a service dog because she is mad that a mutual friend wants to go with me over her and she is trying to get her to go with her even though she is verbally abusive to her

It's an Ok casino. Lots of machines but they are tight. Not too many happy gamblers in the place. The machines don't even pay out enough to make it entertaining. Pretty much a waste of money.

Had fun on slots, but the bartender by the restaurant was very unprofessional, experience was unpleasant. Driving from Omaha wanted a better experience.

Lack of hospitality and poor quality, coupled with ever increasing prices, make this a doesn't live up to it's reputation location. In short... Not worth the drive.

My wife and I and another couple been spending Thanksgiving weekend there the last 5 yrs and this year NO DISCOUNT on rooms and person on phone said cant do anything bout it. So we going to Harrahs KC. for $39.00 rooms. So I guess we wont be spending no money there anymore.

Buffet is really good. Staff is on top of things and friendly. Good shows. Would give 4 stars but have to walk through smoking area to get to events here.

Nice atmosphere but security had to remove a drunk who passed out next to me.

Security almost tackled my niece because she was underage. Other than that good. Buffet is only 2.70 per person on Wednesday. Delicious.

The have a excellent guest relations/PR when you walk in the door like you part of there hertiage and show you a great entertainment while there being there guest and always leave with WINNS in your pockets,and exciting new promotions

Service was very bad we waited will over 45 minutes and they where not busy

Sunday's buffet wasn't the greatest the price was 12.99

Lots of slot also tables of other games lot of chances if winning of other money friendly staff

Excellent place to spend time the promotions and games are awesome! Always have fun events like poker tournaments, bingo and slot tournaments. Great food cheap cigarettes amazing hotel and even a game room for people under 21.
