I gave 2 weeks notice at this place after finding a better opportunity, and contracted covid and had to ho to the hospital. They fired me while I was in the hospital for getting sick. This place is the worst and I hope it goes under

This place is great of you can handle the pressure of coming in every day and wondering if it will be Your Last. This is a marketing company that expects perfection. If you are great at telephone sales and great with computers, (and know salesforce) this job looks to be awesome as you can even come to work in pj's and slippers if you want (whenever JP Morgan isn't in the office). You will be drug tested and fingerprinted before you can begin the paid 2 week training. If you are unsure if this is the job for you, you should have some idea by the time the training is done. If you are still unsure, they will let YOU know the first week they put you on the floor on your own. Good luck to all those who apply. Many are trained, few are chosen, fewer remain. But the ones who do really seem to like it!

Winn Technology is a wonderful company. The owners and management want to make their employees happy and actively work at creating a fun and relaxed environment. But it's not the smells of popcorn and coffee or the pajama days and yoga breaks that make Winn Tech special. It's the co-workers that really care about each other and the management team that will do everything they can to make you comfortable that make this a great place to work. It's the longest job I've ever held...by a lot.
