This company is awesome. I love the way they treat the children and how they don't leave any kids behind. Driving kids to school and back home its not an easy job, specially when the kids are rude. Therefore I give this drivers a 10+... Good Job guys keep your heads up and don't worry about what people can say, everybody can talk when they not the ones wearing your shoes...
This bus company sucks they never know anything when you call and they never try to resolve issues that their company created. West Haven you gotta do better! We need a new contract with a better bus company and a new superintendent of schools so that our kids can get better!!!

Just not a good bus company. Bus driver doesn t put lights on for my stop and just drives by so I always have to find a ride to school. Also she has checked her phone while she was driving

I've been using Winkle Bus for more than 10 years. They are always on time and very friendly. It also helps that they know where they are going!
This Bus Company is a Joke the Women Ashley who answers the phone has the nastiest attitude towards Parents calling with questions about bus stops and changing them, it s unfair to children who have to walk to school at the crack of dawn just to make it On Time and to the parents who pay taxes and still have to get up in the morning to brings their children to school Everyday. Its very inconsistent of Winkle and if it wasnt up to the company I would bring it to the City.
