As a producer, I cooperated with this company for several nice years ... the type of lock for our door was chosen by a Winkhaus sales representative who was in our plant many times, when serial complaints began, they left me with a problem (I probably won't be wrong if I write that after from a year to about 10 years from door installation, all catches on the door frame broke down - almost always the consequence of it was chipping out a piece of wood in the door frames) ... all complaints removed at my expense ... now that I bought a customer-made lock for damaged they sold me 100 zlotys more than the retail price !!! !!! !!!
