Too bad for words! I ordered a cap, but it had a factory fault. Neatly returned on time. A week later I receive an email that the pet is dirty and cannot be returned and that they send the pet back and I MUST pay the amount to afterpay who keep sending me a new email and also increases. Now I am 2 months further and I am still fighting with them about the same hat because they do not want to take it back and I still have to pay it? I'm not paying anything! And I don't even own that cap! Today I had contact again and they had to check it out just like every time I had contact and let something be known later in the day. What did not happen again (for the 20th time). I am completely done with this so-called company. No customer friendliness at all and apparently they cannot comply with their own rules.
