If you re wondering why your foods soggy, it s probably because it sits out; without a heat lamp for 20-30 minutes, with another 20-30 minutes in a car for your uber eats, DoorDash, postmates... just pick up yourself than spend for delivery because the quality suffers majorly.

Food was great. My silly self didn t realize this place has no dining room. But best takeout I have had in a while!

I love the wings! The staff takes the phone off the hook making it hard to put an order in.

Amazing tenders. Best Honey mustard I'm new to this place found it on door dash and it's my favorite place to order from. Absolutely delicious food and great prices.

By far the rudest place I've been in Columbus. The woman with Tate's on her hands, never made eye contact with me. When she gave me my wings she said here you go and just left them on the edge of the counter. I said thank you and she never even turned around. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Wings over is 1 of the top 3 wing places in Columbus and 1 of the top 4 wings in Columbus.
These are quick to pickup, which makes them super convenient.
The wings are super crispy, and every sauce I have gotten has been full of flavor.
I highly recommend that if you're picking these up, to order "sauce on the side" then quickly toss them when you get home. In fact, I like ordering hot garlic and BBQ, so I can mix them into a hot garlic BBQ, of which no one in Columbus serves and is a purely amazing flavor combination.

Wings Over has always been my go-to place for wings in Columbus. They have really good flavors and the chicken quality is really great they just have extremely poor service if they get busy.

When ordering from here I would keep in mind your order may take double the time needed and may also end up having to be cancelled.

About a month ago I tried ordering their chicken tenders (which just boneless chicken wings) and after placing the order it showed it would be about 50 min wait time (with delivery). After an hour and a half I called them and they said their chicken tenders were still frozen (mind you it was 6pm-ish) and said they would need to wait for them to thaw before making my order. They said it could possibly be another 30 mins. I was like ok fine I ll wait, then 45 mins goes by and nothing. I call them again and said they re still frozen. I cancelled my order and found it so irresponsible that someone wasn t making phone calls to people to let them know their order would be delayed. I waited over 2 hours for food that never came.

Then tonight I ordered, which to be honest I was expecting it to be pretty busy from the Ohio State game, so I ordered for pickup. It said about 45 mins, I waited an hour to go because I wanted to give them extra time. I went to pick up my order and they said it would still be another 20-25 mins so I had to sit in my car and wait for it.

I honestly just think their customer service and time management skills are poor. Management should keep excepted busy times in mind when prepping food. I ve worked in this industry before and it just feels poorly managed. On top of all of my bad experiences, I was never offered a discount or anything for my trouble.

Always get my wings from here when I can. Pick up or delivery there some the best wings you can get in Columbus. Usually get them ready for pick up in 15 mins

The food is always amazing and the price is great. The staff is also friendly.

This is our go-to office lunch on Fridays and we keep coming back. Great boneless and bone-In wings

Don't order on a Friday night, and don't expect good communication. We ordered for pickup, got an estimated time of 8:45. When I went in they said it would be another ten minutes. It wasn't. It was another 50. I won't waste my time again.

Used to have the best wings and quickest delivery on/near campus. I have been a loyal customer for well over 10 years and I m sad to say I m done with this place. Their wings used to show up hot, fresh, and expertly sauced, also should mention that orders usually showed up in no more than 20-25 minutes. Ever since their menu and apparently ownership changed my orders have consistently taken well over an hour to be delivered and have been cold almost every time. Such a shame to lose the old Wings Over.. RIP

They have some really good wings with lots of weirdly named yet satisfying names. The wings are larger than bdubs so don't go thinking you can eat just as many. You probably will not. Enjoy trying each sauce. I'm about halfway done and I haven't really disliked any of them.

Listen... I love chicken. I will always hold that this place giving you enough chicken. I do have a few minor problems that have lowered my rating. First thing is the Jet-Fuel sauce. My friend who bought it comes in with the thought that this sauce being one of the top spice flavors was going to be spicy and yet, it tasted like a standard Buffalo sauce. Also, my group of friends all decided to throw in on an Aircraft Carrier with the joy that we are going to get ribs and onion rings... we didn t. It was a sad night. Love the taste of the chicken and sides, just wish for some better service in keeping promises.

Increased the prices? Makes more sense to just go to BW3's now

They gave me the wrong order and then refused to replace it

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, it came pretty quick but when i bit into it it was straight hot sauce . I opened up the wrap and I couldn't see any blue cheese. No big deal, I called in and politely asked if someone could send some out. An hour later I still hadn't received any. I called back and the gentleman who made the wrap tried to argue with me that he did put blue cheese on it and that I just need to eat it. He said he tried to call back and tell me that but it must had not gone through. Not the best customer service. Not ordering from here again.

Been ordering from them for two years, and I ve never seen a place deliver that consistently fast, I don t know how they do it. It s brilliant, and so is the food.

I keep calling during their hours but they either don't answer or pick up and hang up. Apparently they don't want Saturday lunch business. May wanna update your hours. Ill find a new place to get wings from.

Ordered pickup on the app and the quoted time was 5:35PM so I got there at that time. The person working the counter told me it wasn't ready yet and to wait in my car and she would bring it out to me. At 6:10PM I walked in and asked if it was ready and of course it was just sitting there. Chicken and fries were ice cold. This location used to be on point but apparently no longer the case, customer service and quality has dropped off. Needless to say that was my last time ordering from them so now I can delete the app.

UPDATE: History repeats itself. I was given a credit to give the restaurant a second chance to make my order right so stopped in and placed an order. Once again I was told to wait in the car and they would bring it out to me. After an hour I called to see if it was ready and of course it had been sitting there for who knows how long. It was brought out to me ice cold again. Won't be wasting my time trying to give them another chance to get it right.

Love Wings Over. They are probably my go-to delivery option. Always fast and accurate. Sweet korean fire and mango habenero are delicious.

It's been a couple years since I've been here, but man have the prices have jumped! Solid wings but not as good as I remembered them.

I was in the mood for wings tonight and Rooster's was closed for the holiday. I tried this place and it was good. The garlic parmesan dry rub was something I wasn't expecting but delicious at the same time. The can of mountain dew I drank as I waited was amazing. The girl at the counter was very polite when I asked if I should tip on a carryout order. I was just being silly when I asked, but she gave me a story about her and her husband's tipping philosophies and how it was okay if I didn't. I did, if not only for her candor. Eat here. Good food. Nice girl at the register. Short wait. Deliciously chilled Mountain Dew in cans. Only 4 stars because they specifically tout jumbo wings, and I was expecting freakish mutant sized pieces of bird, but they seemed more like regular non genetically enhanced wings. Perhaps this is on me...

They know how to do Chicken right and provide great service along the way. I will be returning for all of my poultry needs

"boneless wings and wings used to be fantastic. but things have gone down hill with their new menu. i bought a dc10 and b-1 bomber. i was informed that they now sell by the pound not the piece on the wings due to the fact their wings were smaller. and they weren't kidding, wings are real small,smallest in columbus. you need to change your menu and say you serve the smallest and less meat wings. while you're at the changes you might remove you accept all major credit cards since you don't take discover card. very disappointed in my visit on mar. 3rd of 2018. even your boneless wing breading sucked. oh well there's always the thurman cafe.

Me and friend ordered 2 different combos with flavors we never tried before. For whatever reason they didn't label the boxes to differentiate one from the other which is pretty stupid. We are assuming we got the right ones but never know. With that being said however, the Food is always great. Always arrives way faster then predicted time. But if you do order here, be sure to get the boneless wings. The original bone in are very disappointing and very small for what ever reason.

I was just expecting more. Maybe higher quality wings, or a tastier way of frying or delicious sauces, but they were good, just not that good. Quality of bdubs. Their sauce spice rating is confusing. We got one sauce that had 4 peppers and it was similar spice level as 2 peppers. Left me wanting more spice and less salt. I'd try a different place next time but I wouldn't be sad to go again and try a new sauce. Great variety and a very cheap date!

Good food, awful drivers. Did not take directions, refused to come up to deliver food. Ended up having to meet driver at car at a busy red light in the rain because he could not find any other location.

As a fan of the Wings Over franchise for many years, I was delighted when I learned there was a location also in Columbus after I moved here from Massachusetts. I would suggest getting a combo, that way you can try different flavors until you find a favorite, and make sure to get the waffle fries; they are always crisp and delicious. Lastly, if you think boneless wings are just chicken tenders, you will be delightful to be proven wrong after your first order.

Generally good food but I've had issues with them messing up order quite frequently.

This is the best deal in wings in Columbus. This place always serves super fast, probably at least a quarter the time of Buffalo Wild Wings. I always get boneless and the wings are a nice big size, served super hot, and the sauce is great. I will warn you, their standard "cruising altitude" sauce is fairly hot compared to what other restaurants consider mid heat, I don't dare go higher. The prices are really very fair for wings too.

Was picking up here and waited a full 25 minutes before they bothered telling me they couldn't even make the order. There is zero communication between the front staff and kitchen staff, so good luck getting your food.

Wings over is the best. The mild is WAAAAY too spicy/hot for a mild though.

Best chicken wings in columbus. The sauces are amazing. They have sizes based on weight but you'll want to order larger than you think you want. It's a little deceptive but after a few orders starts to make sense.

I absolutely love your wings, your sauce, and your service. However, my favorite sauce is the honey habenero. You've been out of said honey habenero for several months now. But I just got a brand new, crisp, postage paid flyer stating that you do. So I called up right away to order a b-1 just for myself. And then I was told AGAIN that you don't have it anymore. I didn't get any chicken wings tonight and that saddens me .

So either bring back the honey habenero or take it off the menu, and I'll give you your rightful 5 stars and start ordering again.

Found a stapler in my food that I ordered 12/09/2020. The guy working the counter around 10pm that night was extremely rude and never said a word to me when I walked in to get my order. Not to mention he wasn't wearing a mask. My food was extremely cold as if the food had been sitting there for awhile - my order was ready in literally 5 min after placing the order so to be honest that should've been my first red flag there. I tried contacting the manager on 12/10/2020 but was told that there was no manager by whoever picked up the phone at 12:47pm. I am planning to report this elsehere also. It's one thing having cold and undercooked food but to have a stapler in the food too?? I could've swallowed that and it could've caused major health issues. I don't know why there isn't at least 1 manager or gender manager there that could handle this complaint.

When I place an pickup order for between 6:30 and 6:40, the order should be ready to go by 6:30. Not 15 minutes later. I like your food, do better.

I prefer a little more crisp on my wings. Maybe they can do that. Other then that the flavors were great.

The kid with the box hair cut looks kinda like ezekiel elliot. He is very helpful. Great customer service from that young man! I will come back for sure.
