Alexis King and Timothy Fredrick of Winget, spadafora and schwartzberg blackmailed me, and are holding over $200,000 hostage and put my children and me in danger. We are domestic violence victims. We reported them to the authorities and the California BAR is investigating as well as state and federal authorities. They have endangered victims of abuse, and using their law license to cover up broker fraud by holding liquid funds in a trust account hostage until we release liability of their fraud, pay them, and be silent. Anyone else experiencing this reach out to the FBI and Department of Homeland Security and California BAR.
