Excellent customer service. Spoke to Bob over the phone multiple times before making my online purchase. They did everything possible to make the transaction smooth including selling me a great watch that was just as described. Purchased Omega Speedmaster Racing Master Chrono. Will do business again!

I called last Thursday trying to locate a particular Rolex Day Date and Bob called me back the next morning saying he found one. Pictures were sent to me that same day, all of my questions were answered with no hesitation, and we struck a deal the following Monday. This was my first major watch purchase and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Wow! How you handle mistakes says a lot about a business. I can not recommend doing business with Wingates. I am having an awful experience with Wingates regarding warranty on a bad Rolex Explorer they sold me.

Specifically the service from Amanda has been terrible. I ve been accused of being dishonest, alleged the watch in photos isn t the watch they sold me, had them Go back and forth on paying for watch shipping back and reverse, refusing to share original listing advertisement and photos, no communication or reply s to emails, excuses after excuses -
First no accountability - now finally changing story the watch was jostled in shipping and caused scratch.
Hard to believe but I don t care just want watch in condition as advertised.
I m patient and ultimately know I ll be just fine. As an active watch collector I can not recommend doing business with Wingates at this time and recommend doing research and saving Every photo and piece of communication and document everything.

Once they ve got your money, it appears the service ends.

I will keep posted on any new events, as they can still turn negative into positive if they choose to.

Fair price quoted for a trade, but they didn't have what I was looking for so they gave another fair price on a cash purchase. All-in-all they are fairn, which is the only thing I look for when I do business with a commodity trader... good service.

Wow! How you handle mistakes says a lot about a business. My experience with Wingate s has been awful.
They sold me a damaged Rolex Explorer (photo of damaged dial) last month and dealing with them since has been a horrible.

I purchased the pre owned Rolex to celebrate my first born. I was so excited about this purchase and to receive this specific model. I paid for the expedited shipping for same day, and received no communication from Wingate s. I emailed (photo) with no response and had to call the next day and confirmed they did receive payment and would ship that day.
Between running a business and having a new born I did not get to open watch until a few days after receiving (I regret more than anything not opening immediately- as I was 2 days passed their 3 business day return policy.). The watch was advertised as beautiful and running perfectly (photo) - I do not recall the damages in photos from advertising

When I finally opened Rolex I was very disappointed to notice the scratch on the dial. I emailed my sales representative Amanda immediately - I understood I was past the return date but I was hoping they would do the right thing and accept return given the totality of circumstances.

This is where my experience has taken a terrible turn. I admit I was upset when they denied taking back the damaged Rolex and refunding me, I understand the policy. I felt deceived and given Amanda s response that I wouldn t call it disappointment could sense something was up. I asked to speak with manager and spoke with another associate Jonathan who said they would email me a prepaid label to mail back the damaged Rolex. I called to follow up on label an hour later and she changed her mind. She accused me of being dishonest and wearing the Rolex, when I have not. I asked for photos from the original listing, I do not recall seeing the scratch on the dial. She has refused To share original listing photos and alleged my damaged Rolex may not be the one they sold me.

After the accusations and reversal on the prepaid label I took my watch to local authorize dealer - they ship to Rolex to look at damages. It appears the scratch on the dial is from the Mercedes hand, it is from repeated dragging on the dial, a new dial will cost $400 and Rolex will only replace with a full service $800 ($1200 total - wasn t expecting not pay for a beautiful running perfectly watch)

As of today, one would think given the mistake Wingate s would be over communicating on how they could make right. I have repeatedly asked for next steps - no email/call back - finally hear they don t have a white dial to switch and can t find one from their sources.

I am so extremely disappointed, I have purchased several pre owned Rolexes from other trusted dealers with amazing experiences. For now I have a damaged Rolex collecting dust because I don t want to wear and have more accusations in case this goes another route.

Wingates do the right thing.
They ve offered $400 check to cover new dial - when this will cost me $1200 to get watch in condition that was advertised. I am being reasonable - I would like my watch to be in the condition as originally advertised - this will cost me out of pocket - I am happy to pay Rolex send Wingates invoice for payment.

Beware- I have had a terrible experience. They can still keep a customer by doing the right thing, or this feels like clear as day deception.

Didn t get to check the quality but for sure the customer service is a huge disappointment.
First of all, I made an appointment at 3:45, waited for like almost 30 minutes.
Secondly, another staff came out to give me this kind of explanation: Sorry, he is wrapping up for the previous customer. Do you wanna wait? I was nice enough to be like sure I can but for how long. She was like: Well.. I don t know. Maybe at least 15 minutes, maybe more, I don t know. Do you still wanna wait? Such an unapologetic attitude!
Then when I said ok since I didn t know when I would be assisted, I had to leave, that she said: yeah u know. Nature thing happens lol I made an appointment. And y all expected me to wait until eternity, not even gave me an exact waiting time.
Y all were about to sell me sth that is worth couple grands and gave me this kind of customer service?
Wasted 30 minutes as I had to get off work early to come so far to experience this kind of service.
