windfield has been amazing experience for me , I had work over the past 2 years with amazing team and managers. This has been the best security company I had work for .They are really flexible with the hours . I am so thankful for this company for giving me the opportunity to grow with them and meet wonderful people . Cesar has been my my coordinator manager over the past two years he always have positive attitude , he always do his best to work with you ,not once he had ignored any important request or help that I need , I can't thank god enough for what he has done for me. Cesar is the best manager , who you can trust , and work with .He would find his ways to help as much as he can . He can make anything possible . Thanks to him and working with my availability I could worked and graduate from college I recommend him as your coordinator he is is best manager you can have I wish him the best and many blessing to him and his family .

I have a lot to say about this company. But as you can tell from the majority of all the reviews on the site you can do better.

No thank you! I don't want to have anymore Affiliations with your company. Your account manager Tyrell Smith has threatened to terminate me and terminated me. Just because I could not come to work for 2 days. I had a good track record. I do not want to ever be affiliated with your company again. Have a wonderful day.

Wow!!! All managers run away ASAP
Just a brief description I was not paid my correct salary for 6months and was also denied my pay increases.

That's a small but Huge part of the ops director is just not experienced and has no idea what years of experience can do to help grow..

Just rude and blames his staff for what he and his even less experienced operations manager can do..

I can walk circles around them on my own and double the company's earnings in one year.

I will take that challenge, John, or work for free.

I will beat their min pay rate of 15$

I am also looking for MANAGERS!!

So imagine how they treat Guards underpaid ignored mispaid and underpaid!!!
There were a lot of stimulus money,
For companies so why did this one screw every employee on 15$ an hour when they got millions to servive.

Evans the so-called Director of Operations has no idea what he is doing so you are treated like you are an idiot as he is.
I'm just lost how he is not replaced.

HORRIBLE!!! This company should not even exist. They lack respect and take advantage of their employees. They refuse to pay employees for over time even when proof is provided. Account managers and field supervisors are lazy and disrespectful. I was put at a site to work amongst a guard who informed the company about testing positive for Covid-19 where the company requested the guard keep quite and continue to work there schedule, putting other guards and their families at risk. They can barely keep their contracts and are quick to hire, because guards are always quitting. WORST COMPANY EVER!

This company is Horrible!! The account managers and higher ups cannot get back to you in a timely fashion and they will have you out of work for weeks everytime you try to call to figure out your situation you can t get no answer , they need to do better or just let themselves go they are not worth it.

Been working at this company since 2017 and been at the same site since. Account manager Cesar santos is the person you need to work for.

The company is HORRIBLE with a capital H!!!!! Dispatch are very rude, account manager not understanding about a situation and quick to fire someone if it's about a situation involving the job site you're assign too. They're not working with you as they should be. Clients wanna be so rude and very nasty minded I will never recommend this to anybody
