The experience I had during my visit was far from satisfactory. I felt rushed through my appointment, and my concerns about my eye health were not addressed comprehensively. The communication left a lot to be desired. I didn't feel fully informed about my diagnosis or treatment options. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which contributed to a general feeling of being just another number. I expected more clarity and care in such an important area of health. 😕👁️‍🗨️
