Windsor Mazda Review

I always receive excellent service at Windsor Mazda -- courteous, friendly, and skilled. The service is not inexpensive, but the valet service is particularly appreciated in this Covid era.

Overall experience with rafih dealerships is a hit or a miss but I was pleasently surprised with Windsor Mazda. I was in to try out the new Mazda 3 turbo AWD for a short term lease. Manager Surinder and Sales rep David are very courteous and not pushy in getting a sale. They are patient and listened to all my requirements. I would recommend visiting David if you are going to Windsor Mazda.

Owned my 2018 CX5 GT for two years. Very satisfied experience overall, no trouble whatsoever, capable, quite and fun to drive. Best SUV in its class in my opinion, can t go wrong with it. Ty is my salesperson, super patient and nice. Victor is a good sale as well, answers every question from me and helps me out every time. 5 stars for my experience with this car and the service I got from this dealer. Sadly, I just traded it in for a 2020 WRX early this year since I want my only car can go for track, but still love and miss my Mazda. Love the Mazda s ZoomZoom slogan, and I will consider a CX9 for my second vehicle in the future!

Worst customer service...when they want to sell car if 2 people also come they don't care but when we come for any service they are only allowed 20 people at a time like seriously not even 10 people are there inside....Best Person In Mazda Is Jesse Just see him

I bought my car a year ago can't say enough good things about this dealership location!
From the day I test drove, to the day I decided to buy they made it so easy! They worked with my budget, ran the numbers a few times and even made it possible for me to add an extended warranty! Every time I go for my maintenance they return her (the car lol) back to me washed and shiny bright!
I would honestly recommend that anyone that wants to deal with a dealership that actually cares about customers give them a visit.

worst customer service experience I ever had. for more than 10 days no one responded to my simple request. They just give excuses every time promising to call back and never happens. ally regreted to purchase this Mazda car. Not to recomend this dealer to anyone.
