The HOA goes up every year but it does have some good amenities. The HOA pays for the golf course and if you don't golf it's wrong, just wrong to pay for something you don't use

I just went to an estate sale here. It did seem like everybody was in everybody's business but the housing units look cute

My grandmother lives there, never wants to leave. Has water aerobics, bible classes, and you can learn different languages, such as Russian or French. There is also a 8 hole golf course, and bar and dining area.
Every grocery store is in walking distance.

The condo is nice and it's a safe place to live. It's very quiet sometimes to a point it's eerie.

Not up to my expectation, HOA rules and regulations are not being inforce They are times we cannot open up our bedroom window are go out on the lanai because of cigaret smoke and cigar smoke. HOA fees are getting out of hand for what you get so thank twice i wish I had.

So far I am experiencing nosey neighbors, noise, activities such as the garden that I thought were of use to anyone, but no... you have to be a member of the "club", and this place is not showing itself at active 55+ it shows as 80+. They give you looks as if you do not belong. I give it a year or two for me. Very misleading. And if others are correct on these reviews and the HOA is increased yearly, that will rush a sale/move. Building reps feel they can take more money from residents and don't tell them it is not mandatory. Making fake budget reports for Dollartree decorations costing $500 per year! You know who you are.

I've lived here for two years now, and I love it. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. I have nice neighbors and the amenities are plentiful; activities and clubs, concerts and plays.

This place is full of friendly residents who are open to new personal relationships. A safe and secure place to live.
