Very friendly and professional staff. Reasonable wait times for appointments. Parking is also free with a pass you can obtain from Reception. I am very grateful to have found a family doctor at WFHT and highly recommend Dr. Zajac.

Very poor service and staff. Directors have no clue what they are talking about and are extremely rude and arrogant. Great place to go if you want to stay sick.

I went to this place last year. They charge fees for everything. I want to know my blood test results. They charge me 1 dollar per page for my result. They don t include any fee related information under their agreement but when you need anything you ll find out. My toenails have fungus. My family doctor didn t take it seriously even when she saw my previous medical history. I won t recommend this place to any of my friends.

They always help me in a timely manor, switching to this doctor office gave me Necessary changes to get to the bottom of issues. I am very grateful.

Great concept and staff. Easy to get appointments. I am healthier today. The Province of Ontario needs to increase health care budgets to expand the Windsor Family Health Teams concept to vulnerable downtown and west end neighbourhoods to improve overall public health and reduce hospital visits.

I can only speak in regards to the receptionist staff, and Dr. Nick Paquette. I have not had interactions with any other doctors there.
Dr. Paquette is BY FAR the best doctor I have ever come across. In my opinion, he possesses all of the necessary personality traits and is very knowledgeable in general medicine. I have attended the clinic for a number of different heath issues. I feel like he takes time to listen to patients' needs, and isn't afraid to take a proactive approach when it comes to ordering further tests. Too many doctors, in my opinion, take the "come back if it's worse, but for now we won't do anything" approach.
The receptionist staff are also great. Appointments are available even on short notice, and they are always very pleasant in both personal and telephone interactions.
