I used to enjoy going here but recently even simple questions have been met with condescending attitudes from admin staff.

Good basic gym. Just smells bad and probably need some signage about personal hygiene. Otherwise good for a workout sesh.

Can't come in and do a trial on Saturday afternoon. Couldn't find any prices listed online and couldn't get any straight answers over the phone regarding fees. I was told I have to make an 'appointment' just to get prices. Frustrating experience as I shouldn't have to go in to get some fairly simple answers. Will drive to Thomastown to go to continue going to Deerimut as they are an upfront gym with all prices listed online and don't make customers jump through hoops just to find out simple answers.

They have decent variety of machines but it gets too busy around peak times. If you want to go in the evening then try to go after 9pm.

They have a good variety of equipment but I found it bit cramped, poor lightning. Otherwise an okay gym.

I train here regularly and it's the best gym and has amazing staff. Great environment. Highly recommend this gym.

This gym gets lifting right! More squat racks than you'll ever need.

Generally love coming here. A medium sized gym compared to other anytime locations. A good selection of equipment that could use a little more maintenance.

Bathroom always dirty, and people spending time on there phone while using equipment so enjoy waiting for them. Also gym rep me of $120 .customer services 0, never go back again .

Definitely the best one I have been in, great staff,a lot of equipment, space for stretching and exercising. I wouldn't have chosen anything else.

I would say one of the worst gym of Australia they are not up to the standard of Anytime Fitness .This gym is disgrace on the name of anytime fitness. Zero facilities. No classes no spa even bathroom n toilets are unisex and it s always dirty. Above all manager Jenay and PT manager Page is really rude. They don t even care about their members. I will not recommend to anyone I wish there could be an option to choose less then one star but unfortunately no option. Really bad experience please don t go to this gym in Craigieburn there s other gyms which are far better then this . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO

I called them yesterday and they said that Staff Hours are from 10:00 am and i am sitting here from last 22 minutes and no one is here. Will not recommend anyone.

Going AF Craigieburn for more than a year ... lovely staff... doing PT program more than 6 months now... love my workout with them... clean and organised gym...love their challenges and giveaway...members treats... good job keep up the good work team AF #craigieburn

Awesome gym. Well maintained. Although they could ditch one of the squat racks for a proper incline bench press, so customers don't have to do much guess with the adjustable incline bench.

All staff are amazing and welcoming (the manager is very friendly and always supportive)please do come and at least try it out because it s the best gym I ve been in craigieburn and I ll always recommend this gym to everyone

The price has gone up. Not worth it at this club anymore.

Great gym and awesome equipment! love the amount of racks they have there and the fact they have alot of dumbells aswell! gym is pretty big for an anytime and the manager Bec is Amazing :)

The staff are Very poorly communication. Hardly any staff are at Craigieburn anytime fitness.
