I ordered a single solar shade through blinds.ca and was impressed by the timely delivery (actually 2 days early), the well-packaged product, the quality of the blind, and the easy to follow instructions. The size was made exactly as ordered, and there were no unexpected surprises. The only "glitch" that I had was my own fault for not ordering end caps for the valance, so I contacted Springs customer service to enquire about getting a pair. The response was quick, and I was very happy to hear that they would send a pair at no charge to complete my installation. The caps arrived in 5 days (to Vancouver, Canada) and they were a perfect fit. The entire experience was positive, and I'd have no hesitation in being a repeat customer.

We ordered blinds 4 years ago and they are horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not roll up well! They are all weakening! We were promised that they were completely shaded but had to have them upgraded! We are replacing all of them after they failed one by one. The company wouldn't repair them. They did send instructions on how to repair them myself which did not work. Total waste of money and time.

Our order was perfect. The 10 blinds were all labeled according to which room and they all fit perfectly and we easily installed them ourselves. We even received the order early. We are so pleased and grateful. Thank you, Spring Blinds, for taking such care.

Never write reviews, but their service is so atrocious I was prompted to. Lost the main remote for the blinds- called their service line. I was sent back to the appliance store where these had been purchased. Couldn't be replaced over the phone or online. They couldn't even give me a model # to ask for the remote. Horrendous.

I worked at the Waukegan one for 3 years... The supervisor are so careless, they will get there pay checks no matter what, being a favorite there is a supervisor position for sure. As a supervisor you should know what your line is doing and make sure what is going to go out to the company's customers and that should be your priority. Customers satisfactions is recommendations to more customers you can make happy. Supervisors don't care the customers will have family and friends that will see the blinds that come out of good work!!! Supervisors do not care about quality, all they care is that the order gets done and out the door. If the CEO walks in that factory as surprise visit, trust me will see what really happens behind close doors.

I lost a pair of the mounts, I called their service number, told them that I must have tossed them out with the packaging, they sent me a new set without charge. I will use this company again.

I called Wanda in customer service and within 5 days I had longer wands delivered to my door In Ontario, Canada. Now that is what I call looking after your customers. Good quality blinds as well

Would not recommend. I just ordered 3 custom, massive motorized shades (94X70) and 2 of them arrived with completely dead motors. Brand new... over $600 each! I waited over a month for this order and now I have to wait who knows how long until Home Depot contacts me so I can have them replaced. How can a company ship such a critical order without the most basic test. Unbelievable.

Graber customer service has gone downhill. I've been trying to order sample swatches for a client in another province for weeks now. They never ship and when I call into customer service the support is rude and each person tells me something different. I finally spoke to 3 different managers and neither one could tell me after 3 weeks of waiting if my swatches were actually shipping or even available.

Julie was of no help. John promised me that he would take care of my order on Monday and still no confirmation from him as to whether these swatches are shipping or are even in stock. I've spent 48 minutes on the phone today and a total of almost 6 hours trying to get simple sample swatches. John finally came on the line after 44 minutes with the same old story and no confirmation.

I tried to get help from my new rep in Edmonton Laura and she was of no help at all. She just told me I was rambling and to email her manager. She didn't attempt to help me at all.
