I was not having much luck getting window companies to help us with our small window repair job. A dormer window s glass had a broken seal and was fogged up. Window Pros came out and gave us a reasonable quote. Other companies told us that they were not interested because it was only 1 window. Mark from Window Pros was very professional and personable. If we need new windows in the future, I will definitely call Window Pros.
Called Jeff for help with a sliding glass door lock. After sending pictures he called me back with an extremely easy fix. Rather than charge me a service fee he gave me a no cost solution to my problem out of the kindness of his heart. Great business

We used Window Pros for glass replacement. We had a "rainbow" appearance on our glass that Mark explained was seal failure. He measured for replacement, and the office scheduled as soon as the glass came it. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services.
Mark and Jeff from Window Pros Inc. replaced a large cracked picture window for us. They were in and out in a matter of about one hour. They were friendly, left no mess, and did a great job. The cost was very reasonable. I will call them again for all of my window repair needs.
An excellent service. They came to our home to fix three glass doors. They were on-time and professional. They explained what was wrong with the doors fixed them all in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced for their work. Will certainly have them back for future jobs.
