Very nice to deal with. Great service. Honest, trustworthy. A rare find on the water. Curt really went out of his way to accommodate us. Made our vacation a success

Just wanted to say a huge "THANK YOU" to the staff at Windjammer Marina! We rented a pontoon boat for a family trip on the Inland Waterway. The pontoon was clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our day on the water. We will be recommending Windjammer Marina to all our family and friends!

We rented a pontoon boat big enough for 10 adults. Boat was all clean, had full tank of gas, beautiful lake to explore. Prices were very fair, we rented from 6-9pm. Took our own coolers, food, etc. Great experience!

Lauched boat here with excellent help from the young attendants. Good selection of boating needs. Very well kept marina.

Can't go wrong with this choice -- Top Notch facility -- Great, helpful, friendly service from Ms Patricia & entire staff -- very nice, like new, equipment -- and with a stay at Crooked River Lodge as well, you'll have yourself a perfect rest stop on your way down the beautiful Crooked River to Burt Lake -- this Louisiana gang votes Truly Pure Michigan!

Great place to visit best nicest rentals on the inland water way

I had the worst experience here!! The people were very rude and the jetski kept breaking down on me and my family with different jetskis. They also never mentioned a gas fee... at first we all thought this was very cheap and then once we are finished they bring up a gas fee for the jet skis! So they over priced us and there jetskis didn t even work.. very disappointed and wasn t expecting this while just trying to have a fun on a family trip

Paid for 2 jet skis nothing was told about paying for gas until the end! Was never informed sucks the place has to scam for gas. Employees the tried to say oh the guy at the dock should of told you guys. Doesn t make sense cause we signed and paid at the desk any other charges should of been told at the time of rentals not after!!

Great owners and great boats. Always clean and they run great!

Best Marina very nice people and a great selection of things

Everything is great except the lady who claimed to be the owner. She is not a pleasant lady, especially. If youre foreign.

As always the staff is very personable and very professional. We rent pontoons every year for our company picnic, and every year it is amazing!

Prices are a bit expensive and the pontoon boats are beat up. I felt like I was getting ripped off.

Rented the 20' pontoon boat for 4 days, as others have noted, prices are a bit high but the service was fantastic. Patti marked up an inland waterway map for me for places my son and I should check out, how long it took to get places etc. They also helped me out by getting the boat to and from where I was staying since I was the only legal aged driver.

Terrible service by the lady who says that she is owner. Stay away from these guys... we had a very bad incident. We had a racial discrimination. We called them a head to check the availability, and we in fact gave them our card details to reserve the boat. And when we reached there, the lady made me do the paper work and told us about the deposit and the booking fee. I agreed for all that and signed the document. After signing the document, as it was little hot, we just asked is there a hood for the boat, they said no. The only one they had left didn't have a good. From the beginning the lady gave us an uncomfortable feeling. When we casually asked for a small discount as there was no hood... the lady mentioned.... "you know what... I am the owner... i will not rent it for you"... SHE DID NOT GIVE US THE BOAT AS WE ARE BROWN SKIN.

I called in Feb to inquire about parking my truck and trailer there while we experienced the inland water way for the first time in. Talked to Patty. She was very helpful. Informed me it is under new ownership. I missed the fact that I needed to call in the spring to reserve a parking spot. Thankfully Anne was able to get me in and it all worked out. Very friendly place and will go there again and next time with a reservation! Thank you Anne!

Was out on Crooked Lake this week on a Windjammer Marina tritoon. Boat was perfect condition. Had a blast. Owners Curt and Patty run a top notch operation.

They rented us 2 deck boats and were in really great working order as well as clean.

Kurt and Patty do an excellent job with Windjammer Marina! Their service and dedication are always first rate before, during, and after the sale/service. You couldn't ask for a more honest and dedicated marine staff. It's something you just don't get from a larger boat dealer/marina. I've purchased many WaveRunners and pontoons from them over the years. Local mom and pop marinas like this are a true northern Michigan gem.

These people are great. Some of the best customer service you can find. The boat we rented was super clean (12volt outlet did not work to charge or phones). They made it super easy to rent and return the boat. Thank you, thank you, family had a great time.

This marina has great rentals and great staff. Patty at the desk was great when i was deciding to rent a triton a few months back before our vacation. I was in between choosing a different location in Michigan and she objectively described the pros and cons of each. Not pushing Crooked Lake, but instead a true caring person who wanted me to get the most of my vacation. She steered me to a great tritoon that fit all my needs for my mother in law and friends who were with us. Large canopy, restroom, and powerful engine for fun. When i arrived she immediately described all the great things on the connecting lakes. Also we had to switch boats for a week rental as the primary one we used was rented out for the holiday. She cleaned up the paperwork for a week rental versus two separate which was more. The dockhands were great to send me off and fill up gas midway through the first rental. Very nice, friendly and efficient. Return was easy and quick sending us on our way. Lastly the boats were in top condition. Highly recommend this marina, its staff, its boats and crooked lake.
