I am so glad I called this Company. My pool pump went after 7+ years. They were out the next and sent Ramon and Junior. They are very professional and personable people. I really enjoyed having them here. My pump was replaced quickly. Cathi and Sheri made this experience even better. I was quoted for a 1HP pump. They only had a 1 1/2HP on the truck (which they said would work better). No additional cost. I love this company! I will now be using them to open and close my pool every year thank you so much for taking care of us!

This year (March 2018) when we decided to get an inground pool we called FIVE companies. 2 companies gave us a quote over the phone, 2 didn't call us back and Wind Surf & Sail set an appointment the very next day, for the owner to come to our house to meet us in person. We decided that since they came to our home to assess the yard and go over everything in person, that if we felt their price was competitive we wanted to give them our business. We believe they were competitively priced. They installed our pool in the time frame they quoted (June/July 2018) considering the weather, which they can not control. We are pleased with their customer service, communication, efficiency and knowledge. We HIGHLY recommend Wind Surf and Sail.

As always, I found exactly what I was looking for! The staff is friendly and courteous. The owner, always so helpful. Proper safety precautions were in place. I had no issues with getting my water checked or getting the chemicals that I need for my spa. Plus they have a nice selection of one-of-a-kind items. I highly recommend it!

I tired to book this company for a pool install, they came highly recommend. The owner called me and rejected the job basically saying my project wasn t worth his time ! Little does he know i had over 10 clients for him. He made it very obvious didn t need my business. Very rude!

Based on your response that is not true. The city of Troy makes you be 5 feet off the house. The drawing show 5 feet. You made an excuse why you couldn t do the job and were very rude and basically hung up the phone saying you have other jobs and your not taking this one. Get all your fact straight before calling the client

Spoke with Symantha and she is very knowledgeable and professional and very nice/honest. Always returned my calls immediately and fit my Mom (Hayward heater needed service) in within a couple of days of me calling (even though they only had 1/2 their staff back because of this pandemic)! Cary (Owner) and another employee serviced my Mom s heater and went over everything that they were doing and what they found to be the problem. They were very professional, nice, funny and had no issues with me asking 1000 questions! We had them come out to close my Mom s pool for the season yesterday and the 2 crews that came out explained everything and were very professional and courteous to my Mom! I can t say enough great things about this company, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my Mom! Thank you so much. . Highly recommend this company!!

I did curbside pick up for 3 cases of chlorine. I got there at 1:00 p.m. Saturday then I called like they said to do when I got to the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes I called again and then I had to get out of my car and go talk to the guys that were loading chlorine and asked them if they had my 3 and they ask me my last name and said Oh I think I did see your ticket inside. 20 min and i order online last night and paid this morning. I said i could of went in ordered and got it alot faster. 5 or 6 cars came and left in 20 min of me waiting. I will still do my business here because I love all the people. Plus i think Kathy is the nicest.
