I called them up on Wednesday, both Ken & Blake were awesome and knowledgeable. I had a leaking bleeder valve and they sent me out a new set. The next day I got them. I appreciate all the help.

Cancelled an order from another company after getting stuck with a 10 week backorder. I ordered from Wilwood, and it was ready for will call the next day. Happy they're so close.

There staff made a mistake on a brake kit. They put the wrong bolts in the kits. We used the kits on a show car. Less than 3000 miles on the car the bolts failed. This mistake cost over $4000 in damage to my car. Wilwoods answer after testing the broken parts. That someone changed the bolts. That there not the bolts they sell. No one is going to change bolts from a kit. We used what was in The box. The owner will not return a call. They won't cover the repairs. They won't even send replacement parts for the other 3 wheels that might have the wrong parts. I could have been killed by this mistake. Now I can't use my car unless I buy all new kits so I know it's safe. Because right now I have no idea if it is safe to drive. The rest of the bolts could fail and this time I could be killed.

Poor service won't stand behind there stuff. They should recall all the kits that were made at the same time mine were. Before someone is killed. Maybe someone already has been and they don't know it was wilwoods fault.

wonderful customer service! came into WilWood Disc Brakes to exchange a Brake Caliper For My Honda S2000. As I entered the front lobby I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who called in a sales representative to help me. i was helped right away, explained my situation and they said they would gladly exchange it for me. Great Custmer Support on their Products and A+ for customer service in my books....!

From the moment I walked into the front door, the customer service experience was "outstanding". The receptionist was charming and polite. The staff came to the front door to receive me and take my onsite order. My order was placed at will-call, where I was well received (1/2 block away) by the warehouse staff. One of my favorite sayings is "the speed of the boss, is the speed of the team". The boss at Wilwood must be one great individual. BTW ... their products are second to none. I have an AC Cobra and my son has a twin-turbo RX7. Both are fully Wilwood equipped.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wilwood! I've been running their brakes on my 1965 Mustang for over a year, and they work fantastic. All their components are incredibly well made! I also have to say that their customer service is 10/10. I've called them multiple times with questions, and they were always happy to help (very knowledgeable people). I would definitely consider running their products.

Possibly the worst company in relate to shipping parts. I am a car enthusiast based in California I happen to order bolt and bracket kits from Wilwood whom is also based in California.. It took more than a week and a half to even get a shipping confirmation let a lone a ETA!! I am compelled to come pick it up myself if I knew in the beginning it would take this long to get a set of bolts and brackets. Like what is it made to order??? Like does Wilwood forge brackets right after you place an order for one?? I mean come on guys people have deadlines to meet!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, super helpful , I love your product, it is a high quality finish at a very affordable price. Thank you for helping me solve my breaking issues.
