Sold me a vehicle they insist went through a 72 point inspection, but the transmission makes weird noises during certain maneuvers. They didnt offer a warranty AT ALL. If it was in such good shape, WHY NO WARRANTY??? Also no original warranty information was offered to me. The price went up $900 from what i was told before going in, and the staff didnt care at all. They just shrugged and said sorry for miscommunication. The odometer disclosure statement was 200 MILES MORE than what was on the vehicle at the time of purchase. I was pressured into getting an in-house loan and got screwed there, too. If i wasnt desperate for a vehicle i would have laughed at them the whole time I was walking out of their office with all my money in my hand. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They're really nice people but they don't have the system figured out. We made an online appointment a week and a half in advance and when we showed up they told us we'd have to reschedule because apparently online appointments don't show up on their end. We rescheduled and went back to pick up the car and had to wait in line for 10 minutes before they could help us. When it was finally our turn they told us we came to the wrong desk they still ended up taking care of us which is why they got three stars instead of one. To me, it's worth my time to go somewhere else next time.

I bought a 2013 nissan pathfinder and within days ...

I bought a 2013 nissan pathfinder and within days realized issues beginning with the CD player. A CD was jammed in the player from the previous owner and it won't come out. A whistle is coming from my dash board, the cigarette ports weren't working and the brakes began squeaking and my passenger side seat wouldn't adjust back and forth.. Took it in and the head repair shop man was instantly rude to me about bringing my car in to be looked at, despite it being a scheduled appt, all to be turned down that they didn't know how to fix any of it and I was in my own. Less than 2 months in my windshield wipers stopped working and now today my passenger side door handle isn't opening the door from the inside. What happened Wilson, to this vehicle and why won't you help me? I understand "AS IS " but come on. Its slowly falling apart like a bandaged botched vehicle and it's a 2013. Super disappointing and I won't be purchasing from your company again nor referring you to my friends and family.

Positive buying experience. They had the right car for the right price and were fair on the trade. Staff was knowledgeable and Willing to take time and personalize service. No pressure or underhanded tactics.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I walked in and didn't have to wait in line or anything. The lady who took my information and keys said it would take about 45 minutes, but they were actually quite a bit quicker. There is a nice waiting room where I was able to more than 6 feet away from the only other person there. They have snacks, water, and cans of soda for those who want it. After my car was done, the lady went over all the details with me, and I paid. My total was $44.33. I got full synthetic oil as that is what the manufacturerer recommends. Also, I think it's worth it because I need only one oil change a year.

Really great service! I was not pressured at all into buying a car and they were really awesome in helping me feel like I was making the right decision. Would definitely recommend getting a car through them.
