This is my place of choice for my daughter and I. Always super nice. I ve lucked out and not have had to wait for a lane, but totally get it should someone get there before me unlike other reviewers. The gunsmith does quality work as well. Thank you Wilshire staff for all you do especially during this crazy COVID time when you may be working reduced staff and longer hours.

Took a rifle in recently to get a new scope zeroed in. Had one done previously there with good results. This rifle wasn t super exciting. Pretty basic varmint rifle. Was told it would be two weeks. After two weeks passed, I called to check in. Wasn t done and was told it would be done in a day or two. A week passed. Same story. Another week passed, and same story. Dropped in unannounced. Still not done. Told them I just wanted to pick it up if it wasn t done. Guys at the range seemed irritated that it had taken so long. Said the gun smiths were backed up and had to check it out first, and they couldn t do the work without that. They went back in the office by the range to talk with the guys in charge seemingly, who just looked irritated I was even there. Didn t seem interested in coming over and remedying the situation in any way. Will find somewhere else to do business going forward, and wouldn t recommend them for any gun smith work. Too busy to be bothered apparently.

I came in with my wife, Daughter and son n law,,, Not 100% of what I wanted and unfortunately do not remember who helped but he did a great job.... answered all of my questions and then helped my daughter and son n law purchase as well.. Straight up honest and direct... were good to talk with and even stayed just past business hours to make sure we were taken care of... GREAT JOB,,

I signed up for an annual membership last fall when ammo was available. There hasn't been any .380 since December. Other sizes come in very infrequently. I asked to put my membership on hold since I have no options for ammo. They denied the request. I won't have another membership there. Not customer friendly. H&H is supporting their members.

Kind of mad the S&W 357 Mag. I rented worked for one round then failed. I bought a whole box of ammo for that gun! And was really excited to shoot it. No refund given, no discount for next visit. Nothing. So I won't be going back unfortunately. At least give me my rental cost back, or something. Damn.

First time here and we were really impressed. We ve always gone to big boys until today. Nice ranges. The staff was a lot friendlier than big boys. This will be our new home range .

Great food! I suggest trying the fried mac and cheese balls they are delicious! Also I was lucky enough to have some awesome service from the salesman. He was not pushy at all and was super helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He helped me handle the gun correctly and offered to give me some free lessons the next time I came in. I bought a sig sauer 9mml its a beast!
