THE WORST CORPORATE TRUSTEE'S EVER - Rosemary Toobert is completely incompetent. All the Corp Exec's have been endited for fraud and are facing 30 years in prison. I've been trying to move my trust out of Wilmington for over 3 months and they have continued to drain the trust by hiring outside counsel without my approval. They avoid calls and neglect responding to emails from me, the investment house, my retained counsel and the successor I've chosen. Stay far away from Wilmington trust. Your assets are better placed in a mattress than with them.
