I had to go to the er with my six year old. We were there for a whole day. There was a lot of people there by the way

When my baby got a bad fever, shivers, and lost bowel control while waiting, they got her to the back quickly, and immediately started working on her. Because she was so dyhydrated, the nurses and drs had a hard time getting an iv and blood drawn. My poor baby did good with the first 3 sticks, but the rest harder to get.. this was a nightmare I was so worried, and the staff handled it so carefully and well.

Now I was giving you a small glimpse into what we went through.. my decision to write this review was first to tell you, with the staff in the er were incredible, I am so thoroughly impressed by them, but a week later, they called just to check on her, letting me know the entire staff was wanting to know about how her recovery was. This touched my heart in ways I can not describe.. Thank you ER department for what you do, and if this is how you treat all your clients, God bless you all!

The slowest place ive ever seen my mom has cancer went to emergency room at 9am its 936pm and no room yet please complain this is ridiculous

Came to have X-rays done per my doctors request. Arrived around 3:40pm. Got through registration without a wait. Went to X-ray. The 2 ladies working there left at 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Left me without making sure I was taken care of. If I had left a customer without doing my job, I sure I would be fired. Finally at 5:00 pm I went to the front desk and ask for my doctors paperwork which I got and left. Probably will never use WK ever. Just a shame that people in the business of caring are not that.

I have to say it the Best place to come for taking care of your Love one that had surgery s or life situation.The Doctors, Nurses and the whole staff are there for you!Always Communication is the biggest issue.When and if you go to some other hospitals around they don t!Not Here they Communicate all the way!Always respectable and willing to help!Thanks 337!

My mother had an aortic valve replacement. Went beautifully.
Staff was very helpful and informative.

Evermore so awesome team of Nurses whom pick up the and took the very best care of me. Thank you 5th floor Nurses and Nursing Assistant staff

I think they are Angel's of God in the cardiology department . Dr. Bikak and his staff saved my life and were so kind and encouraging. Although I had a terrible experience in the emergency room with Dr sing that was devastating, I thank WKN is wonderful.

Wait time last yesterday was horrible at WK north..7pm to 1am..now im worried if we may have contracted covid from sitting in tht waiting area with my grandma tht long..Do anyone know if a person can contract covid from a er wait?

My mom was in the emergency room and the room that she was put in floor was so nasty. Dirt and dust and trash was all in the corners. Dried up blood was on the floor. This hospital was really unacceptable!
